Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Der Start in den Urlaub war mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm. Die Buchung haben wir über Telefon mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter schnell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit durchführen können. Bei Anreise erfolgte die Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich und wir konnten die Ferienwohnung betreten. Die Ferienwohnung war extrem sauber. Nirgendwo befand sich Staub oder ähnliches. Auch der Zustand des Mobiliars konnte überzeugen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Die Küche hatte Kochutensilien und alles funktioniere tadellos. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich/Stand und lädt zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradfahren ein. Vor der Tiefgarage befindet sich noch ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller, sodass man sein Rad auch gut wettergeschützt und sicher unterbringen kann. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

volle Punktzahl

Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand, sauber und für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Küchentechnisch ist alles für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub vorhanden. Das Schwimmbad ist auf derselben Etage. Selten waren mehr als 6 Personen drin. Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur 5 min bis zum Strand und etwa 10 min bis zum zur Wohnung gehörenden Strandkorb, von dem man aus einen super Blick auf die Fahrrinne der großen Schiffe hat (Fernglas mitnehmen). Etwa 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt sind zwei Restaurants, ein Bäcker und ein Fahrradverleih. Das Inserat des Vermieters stimmte auf den Punkt genau. Das gesamte Gebäude macht einen modernen, sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Der Vermieter hat uns zeitig alle Vertragsunterlagen zugeschickt. Bei der Anreise haben wir in der Tiefgarage unter den kaum nachvollziehbaren Nummerierungen den Stellplatz etwas gesucht. Bei zeitiger Abreise sollte man beachten, dass das Tor morgens geschlossen ist und nur mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel geöffnet werden kann. Also erst Auto raus, danach Schlüssel "abgeben" und dann abreisen. Man kann auf der gut ausgebauten Strandpromenade mal ein halbes Stündchen nach links wandern, unterwegs was essen, nach Neuwerk zur Insel wandern, mit dem Fahrrad nach rechts bis zum Hafen fahren (15 min) oder laufen (30 min). In Cuxhaven haben wir uns beim bekannten Kekshersteller "B..." im Werksverkauf mit "Naschzeug" eingedeckt, nicht viel weiter ist ein Museum, dann noch ein Spaziergang durch die Innenstadt. Unser Kurzurlaub war gelungen. Wir kommen jedenfalls bestimmt nochmal wieder und würden bestimmt die selbe Wohnung buchen. Von Cuxhaven aus gehen Schiffe nach Helgoland und zu den Seehundbänken. Das wollen wir auch noch erleben. An die Vermieter: Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns Ihre Wohnung für unseres Erachtens zu einem echt fairen Preis überlassen haben. Danke. Es grüßen U.R. und M.R.
