Vista espectacular
Hemos disfrutado mucho de esta casa. Además del garaje, la casa está estructurada en una ladera de fuerte pendiente, con tres niveles separados por escaleras, pero todo está pensado para hacer cómodo y fácil la vida en ella. En el nivel de la piscina hay una cocina-barbacoa-bar, cenador, ducha y la piscina con una de las mejores vistas que se puede pedir. El cenador en una cueva artificial posee mucho encanto y la piscina, de agua salada, es magnífica. El siguiente nivel es un apartamento de un dormitorio, también equipado con todo lo que se puede requerir. El nivel de arriba posee dos cómodos dormitorios con dos terrazas para volver a disfrutar de las mejores vistas de la bahía de Calpe y del peñón de Ifach. La equipación de la casa no puede ser más completa. El wifi funciona correctamente, y esperemos, eso sí, que se ponga TV en español. En resumen es una propiedad absolutamente recomendable para disfrutar en ella y del entorno. Volveremos.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours, 4 adultes et 2 enfants dans cette villa. Vue splendide sur la baie de calpe au calme avec grande piscine très appréciée de nous tous. La cuisine d’été très pratique. La maison sur 3 niveaux permet une vie indépendante et malgré de nombreux escaliers nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Nous recommandons cette maison très propre et bien entretenue. Contact facile avec le propriétaire.

Vue magnifique!
Nous avons séjourné dans la villa du 4 au 19 août 2017. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue splendide sur la baie de Calpe, la piscine et la climatisation! La villa est bien entretenue, très propre et bien équipée. Petits points négatifs : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas les premiers jours (cela a été résolu) et beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement de la villa (pénible quand il faut monter les bagages et les courses). Le propriétaire est très sérieux et à l'écoute (merci pour la bouteille de vin dans le frigo!). En général nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour!

Einfach ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit Traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Calpe. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der Vermieter oder die Agentur jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hat einem alles sehr gut erklärt und gezeigt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Stunning views over Calpe
The house is beautifully located in the hills overlooking the bay of Calpe, and the pictures almost doesn’t do the view justice – its even nicer! The main apartment/section of the house is nicely furnished although the Buddhist, silver / purple theme may not be to everyone’s taste. The second apartment is a little more 1980s style but absolutely livable. Pool and area around are very nice. Potential renters should be aware that you will have to navigate a number of stairs from the parking and pool area up to the house, but this shouldn’t be a big issue for healthy people. I’m deducting two star from our review because of the following, keeping in mind this an expensive property to rent: We complained to the landlord over the fact that the cleaning was poorly done prior to our arrival. There were dust bunnies etc floating around the corner and under the bed in our bedroom. Secondly, the promised broadband connection wasn’t working especially well at all. Wifi coverage is limited to the top floor of the house, and even sitting a few meters away from the router you shouldn’t expect 2016 levels of speed at all. On a good day you may be able to pull 1-2 mbit, but we had several days of no internet at all. If you are the type of person whom enjoy streaming radio, youtube, Netflix etc, your best bet will be your mobile roaming plan. If you only plan on checking the news or emails a couple of time a week, you can probably make do with the house internet.

Sehr schöne Komfortvilla mit Traumsicht
Die Angaben im Onlineinserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt und übertraffen unsere Vorstellungen bei weitem. Die Villa war sehr sauber und äusserst gepflegt und gemackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit optimal duch das Vermieterehepaar betreut. Wir können das Feriendomizil mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. In Calpe hat es sehr gute Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöklichkeiten.
