Leider enttäuschend

Leider gibt es Einiges, was nicht der Beschreibung entspricht/oder nicht mehr oder unbeschrieben bleibt. Zuerst das Gute: die Lage ist top! Die Wohnung liegt parterre zum Hinterhof, auf welchem direkt vor den Fenstern die Mülleimer stehen. Daher sind die Fenster mit Plissees versehen und komplett aufgezogen, welche alt, verspritzt und verschimmelt sind. Die Fenster fliegen einem beim Öffnen entgegen und das Fenster bei der Küche schließt nicht richtig. Die Dusche ist schimmlig und die Halterung des Duschkopfes fliegt bei Benutzung auseinander. Der Wasserkocher ist unbenutzbar, da verkalkt, feucht, eklig. Der beschriebene Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden, da nun eine Waschmaschine an seiner Stelle steht. Die Wohnung ist sehr eng und für 4 Personen wirklich nur zum Schlafen brauchbar. Daher auch eher nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Man kommt zwar über eine Schräge in den Keller, aber man muss zum Eingang hin über eine Erhöhung, um in den Flur vor der Wohnung zu kommen. In der Wohnung könnte sich meiner Meinung nach jemand mit körperlicher Einschränkung nur schwer bewegen. In der Beschreibung steht : mit Parkplatz. Dieser ist seit angeblich einem Jahr kostenpflichtig mit 3,-€ pro Stunde und man muss das Auto einige Gehminuten weit weg , zum Teil auch kostenpflichtig parken. Im Flur vor der Wohnung liegt ein alter Teppich, der Wasserflecken aufweist. So riecht es auch. Es wäre einfach schön, wenn man ehrlich bei der Beschreibung ist und regelmäßig nach dem Rechten sieht.
