Very nice family stay

We got in touch with the owner ahead of our arrival so all the formalities as well as guest discount cards were awaiting us. We were also able to agree which rooms should be prepared for us. Considering we could arrive any time and the appartment was ready with the key at the door - that was definietly the smoothest check in I have ever experienced. The apartment is easy to find and is very comfortable as well as spacious. It has everything one needs during the stay. There is also a dishwasher which we found kind of surprising as it is not listed among the property characteristics. In general you find there everyting you need for a comfortable stay. Needless to mention the apartament was clean and everything was functioning well. If you arrive by car you don’t need to worry about the parking space. You can park next to the apartment. The owner lives same building and is available if you need anything, however you can be sure of your privacy as there is a complete separate entry to the apartment.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und Opi-Hund in den Winterferien zu Gast bei Yasmin & Urban. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Separate große Wohnung über den Gastgebern mit kleiner Terrasse am Wohnzimmer / Küche und großer Terrasse am Eingang. Es ist wirklich alles da was man für seinen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden so braucht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, modern / clean eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Es gab genug Ablageflächen - selbst im Bad. Handtücher zum Glück mal nicht weiß sondern grau & rot ;-) Die Kinder haben das große Wohnzimmer geliebt und wir die große Küche wo man gerne abends noch am Tisch saß und Spiele gespielt hat. Für ältere - nicht mehr so mobile Hunde - vielleicht etwas ungünstig, da es doch viel Bergauf bei den Gassirunden geht ;-) Aber unser Opi-Hund fand es trotzdem sehr toll - neue Landgerüche und vor allem die Fußbodenheizung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10min mit Auto. Gletscher bei trockener Straße (leider) ca. 45min entfernt, aber mega schön und groß - mit einem Fuß ganz oben in Italien. Kleineres Skigebiet ca. 20min entfernt, aber wirklich nur klein. Gastgeber angenehm nett und jederzeit für uns kontaktierbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder bzw. empfehlen die Zwei gerne weiter. Es hat uns an nichts in der Ferienwohnung gefehlt. Selbst Seife und Geschirrspültabs waren da (was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist) Liebe Grüße aus Hoppegarten, Fam. Richter & Opi-Hund

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich geräumig und top ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht und mehr.

Toller und entspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit spannenden Ausflugtipps. In der recht einfach eingerichteten Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was für den Urlaub gebraucht wird. Alles perfekt sauber und sehr ordentlich. Die Terrasse ist riesig und läd zum Entspannen ein. In der Umgebung um Kauns finden sich wunderbare Ausflugsziele mit Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Baden, Kaffeetrinken u.v.m.

1 Woche im Apart Urban in Kauns

Große, geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung. Alles erforderliche ist vorhanden. Nur ein Schälmesser oder Sparschäler haben wir vermisst. Aber sonst ist alles vorhanden. Schöne Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Kaunertals und Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Yasmin und Urban für die Gastfreundschaft.

Österreich was bist Du schön

Super Lage für Ausflüge ins Kaunertal. Großzügig, alles da was man braucht (Eierpieker mitbringen 😉), nette Vermieter mit super Ausflugstipps, auch an den Vierbeiner wurde gedacht, sehr gerne wieder.!!!

Von Kauns aus nach Fiss zum Snowboarder ist einfach in rasch erledigt. Das Skigebiet Serfaus_fiss_ladis bietet ungemein viel Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und haben eine tolle Fewo, hell, geräumig, ruhig, mit Aussicht... Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. DANKE,

Centraal gelegen appartement in prachtige omgeving

Groot appartement. Goede bedden. Keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. Locatie is perfect. Alles ligt binnen afstand van 20 minuten rijden. Twee mnipuntjes: appartement heeft kleine ramen daardoor weinig lichtinval. En als je langer dan 1,80 meter bent moet je bukken om door de deurposten te lopen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Unseren Vermietern wollen wir nochmals danken für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft. Leider hatten wir kurz vorm Urlaubsziel einen Motorschaden. Dank unserer Vermieter, Yasmin und Urban, die es als selbstverständlich sahen, unsere Sachen in die Unterkunft zu bringen und mit uns einzukaufen, ist es trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub geworden. Auch unserem Enkel hat es sehr gut gefallen, da man ohne große Entfernung vieles unternehmen kann. Wir würden jedem diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Helga, Dieter und Matthes aus dem Harz

Agréable séjour ...très agréable séjour

Région,logis..et propriétaire....le rève!!! Soleil,neige,couleurs,fleurs,sourires,amabilité.........tout est la pour passer un très agréable séjour. De longues marches dans les parcs naturels environnants;l'air pure.....je n'ai pas de qualificatifs suffisant pour souligner notre satisfaction. Recommandé à tous (nous étions deux personnes de 72 et 77 ans). un seul regret :les difficultés liées au langage...mais à qui le "reprocher"? à l'acceuillant ou à l'acceuilli....mais après deux ou trois jours ...CA MARCHE!!!! Quant aux Propriétaires, leur gentillesse et leur discrétion n'a d'égal que la beauté du paysage. Un merveilleux souvenir. MICHEL et CLAUDE

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Liebe Yasmin, lieber Urban, wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern bei euch sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist in der Tat sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; wir haben uns bald wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vom kleinen Balkon hat man eine tollen Blick auf die Berge. Der Freisitz im Garten mit Hängematte und -schaukel war ein idealer Ort, sich von den Wanderungen zu erholen. Danke nochmals für die guten Wandertips, mit denen wir sogar unsere Kinder begeistern konnten. Auch Kauns hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es ein wenig abseits vom üblichen Touristentrubel ist, aber dennoch einen Gasthof mit leckerem Essen (Falkeis) hat.
