Nice apartment, good size, lacking basics

Pros: We had a nice stay - the balcony was really great and the apartment is good size. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We did not use the pool much, but it was a nice area. Quiet neighborhood which was appreciated. Check-in was very straightforward once at the apartment, as was check-out. Cons: The lack of basic items was disappointing. No salt, pepper, or oil for basic cooking; there was not even a kitchen sponge for washing up. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided per bathroom. The description clearly says there are beach/pool towels, but it was not clear at all which were considered beach towels, as we could only find bath towels.
