Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Cala Blanca Denia". In the resort 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (34 x 15 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 140 m, bar 150 m, sandy beach "Playa Els Molins" 400 m. Sports harbour 5 km, surf school, sailing school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
