Located in a quiet street in the city centre, this stylish 3 room flat (ca 90m²) is situated in the courtyard of a residential complex.The flat is spacious and offers plenty of room for up to four people. Two cosy bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed, an open fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle as well as a bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, hairdryer and towels offer everything you need for your stay. The living room is accessed by a narrow staircase and is equipped with smart TV, Netflix and Waipu TV (Pay TV). The small covered balcony over the courtyard is perfect for getting some fresh air.
