Large, child friendly, cosy house "Pilotossa", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Tossa de mar, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 300 m, café 400 m. Nearby attractions: Waterworld Lloret 12 km, Girona 38 km, Barcelona 86 km, Marinland 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Airfield 40 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
