The cottage is a nice base for long or short hikes and fishing trips. Host fun game nights at the long dining table, whip up some magic together in the kitchen, and in the evenings snuggle up in the cushions on the sofa and chat about your hiking trip tomorrow. Maybe you'll have fun with a puzzle, too? You can also enjoy the evening treats on the open terrace. A dreamy mountain landscape with a rich animal and plant life to discover awaits you on the doorstep.



The mountain village of Hovden is a beautiful vacation destination all year round. There are many fishing waters and hiking trails here, and summit hikes are a popular family activity. On warm summer days, the Hegni Outdoor Area is a popular place for swimming, fishing, biking or hiking. Follow the distinctive Hovdenuten trail with great views or the rocky path along Børtemannsbekken. Take the chairlift to the top of Nos or rent a canoe. Enthusiastic golfers can head to Hovden Golfklub, but Hovden Waterpark and Spa is also a great destination for the whole family.
