the house was to high in de mounting and walk to DENIA was to mutch

Estancia perfecta

Estancia perfecta, la casa está muy equipada y la piscina es privada, barbacoa funcional, solarium con preciosas vistas a la montaña. Limpieza muy correcta y estancias fresquitas. El alquiler es de la parte de arriba de la casa y es más que suficiente. La casa tiene mosquiteras en todas las estancias y ropa de cama y toallas estaban incluidas. Los dueños son muy amables y respetan mucho la intimidad. El aparcamiento es dentro de la casa lo que es genial. En coche se pueden hacer muchas excursiones tanto a Dénia como a los pueblos de alrededor.

Fantasticas vacaciones en familia

Pasamos una estancia fantástica desde el dia 1 , desde la llegada a la partida. La casa ideal, ubicación a 5 minutos en coch3 de playa, negocios de Denia centro. Urbanización tranquila, zero ruidos o bullicio. Ubicada a pies del Montgo. Vistas hernosas a las montañas, atardecer y noches de luna llena y estrelladas. Posibilodades de prender una pequeña fogata. Terrazas comodas con varias zonas para compartir. Piscina impecable y hermoso jardin . 10 puentos. Superó nuestras expectativa. Recibimiento 10 puntos. GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS

Quince días muy agradables

Para nosotros estuvo muy bien, tiene de todo la casa, disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Zona muy tranquila, con dos restaurantes cercanos donde se come y se cena bien. Buena atención y precios razonables. Dos buenos supermercados bastante cercanos. Para nosotros estuvo de lujo porque en esta ocasión buscábamos descanso. A la playa hay que bajar en coche.

The property is not as it’s described

On arrival to the property we were met by the Spanish host ( no English) other person English was ok but he could not translate what the host was saying. The property was shocking and defiantly not how it’s described, the place was dirty. ( floors dirty, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups) a generally dirty dusty unkept place. The toaster was rusty, air conditioning blew warm air, the tv had 1 Spanish channel, all controls were broken so couldn’t change channels. The Wi-Fi is very poor and the host was not happy to give me the pass code. The bed covers were dirty and stained, and they used folded duvet covers as sheets. The pool is very small, and the sun beds / loungers looked as old as the hills. No other chairs to sit on by the very small pool. We booked this place for 2 weeks and we stayed there for 2 hours, we were covered in bites and the place smelt awful ( fusty, damp, unkept). It’s been an absolute nightmare to get in touch with Vrbo to rectify all of the problems.

Excellent accomation

In good order throughout,a little tired in places,but a select residential area with stunning views and great balconies. Only one drawback,3 kms to Denia town and 100 meters above sea level,and at age 75 needed the car every day. Definitely suit younger family,great value and really kind helpful owners. Too steep to walk

este precio por una semana en denia en perfecto! injusto quejarse porq internet se vaya de vez en cuando. La zona es preciosa y la ubicación muy buena. La casa es cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario y más.

Schmutzig hoch 3!!!!!!

Ganz schlechter, bis teilweise gar keinen Internet Empfang. Bei starkem Regen läuft das Regenwasser in dem separatem WC an der Wand runter.

pour moi j'ai louer une villa de 140m2 avec 3 chambres deux salles de bains accès internet mais une fois arrivée là bas c'est la surprise il y'a que une partie de la villa qui et louer un petit apartement de 60m2 avec deux chambres et pas 3 une petite salle de bain et pas 2 une petite cuisine avec de la vaisselle sale draps tachés et pas repasser pas d'accès internet jardin et piscine très mal entretenu immobilier de jardin usé en plus de ça les propriétaires est injoignable.

Licht und Schatten

Nach zwei tollen Sommerferien in der Nähe von Alicante hatten wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager) ein Ferienhaus zwischen Altea und Gandia gesucht. Ein eigener Pool, eine Terrasse und WLAN für die Kids waren Filterkriterien bei FeWo. PRO:  Tolle Lage am Fuß des Montgo mit Blick bis zum Meer  Schöne und große Terrasse mit Markise  Eigener kleiner, aber zum Erfrischen ausreichender Pool  Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer  Separate Sonnenterasse auf dem Dach  Strand mit PKW in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Consum, Lidl) KONTRA:  Vermieterin antwortet bei Problemen trotz 13(!) E-Mail Anfragen (z.B. wegen tropfendem Boiler und WLAN) bis heute nicht! Haushälterin hilft bei Problemlösung ebenfalls nicht. Ob aufgrund der Sprachbarriere oder Desinteresse bleibt unklar.  Küchengeräte, Pfannen und Töpfe waren versifft. Bettwäsche fleckig und musste von uns erst gewaschen werden, Betten bei Ankunft zwar gemacht aber offenbar nicht frisch bezogen  Badezimmer bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt, offensichtlich waren zuvor Haustiere willkommen…  Nicht für 6 Personen u.E. nicht geeignet (drittes „Schlafzimmer“ wäre der „Wintergarten“ vor dem Eingang mit aufklappbarer Schlafcouch und ohne Mückenschutz, Badezimmer zu klein für 6 Personen, nur 4 große Teller und 3 Wassergläser vorhanden). Hartgesottene Camper mögen das anders sehen.  Entgegen der Angaben bei FeWo KEIN W-LAN!  Alte, verwitterte Gartenstühle standen rum und mussten von uns weggeräumt werden.  Gartenterrasse wegen wuchernder Hecken und verwitterter Möbel nicht nutzbar.  Sonnenliegen auf der Sonnenterasse und am Pool verwittert, teilweise verrostet. Verletzungsgefahr! FAZIT: Aufgrund der mangelnden Pflege und des hygienischen Zustandes bei Ankunft möchten wir das Objekt nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung hätte ansonsten das Potential gehabt, dass wir sehr gerne wiedergekommen wären. Falsche Angaben bei FeWo (W-LAN) sind ärgerlich und – auch wenn es eine Entschädigung rechtfertigt – ein No-Go! Die Tatsache, dass die Vermieterin trotz vielfacher Anschreiben ab dem ersten Urlaubstag bis heute nicht geantwortet hat, vermittelt den Eindruck, dass das Wohlbefinden der Gäste nicht die oberste Priorität hat. Diese Erkenntnis war sehr enttäuschend.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Pool und Garten gut angelegt.Ruhige Umgebung.Wandermöglichkeiten im Naturpark.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe,ebenso kleine gemütliche Gaststätten.

Wunderschöne Tage....

Wir genossen die Tage in diesem zauberhaften Haus. Ruhig gelegen, viel Platz zum Entspannen, toller Kontakt, eine herrliche Aussicht, ein super sauberer Pool zum Plantschen und ein traumhafter Garten. Alles was wir wollten. Dankeschön ;)

Liebe Frau Polenz, wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage, grosse Terrasse, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr nettes vermieterpaar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het is een leuke woning met mooi uitzicht!!

Het is een heerlijk huis..maar net groot genoeg voor 3 a 4 personen! Ligging fantastisch....wel wat ver van alles af...maar met een fantastisch uitzicht!!!!! Misschien is het wel een tip om hier en daar het een en ander te moderniseren.. Verder is het daar heerlijk!!!!

Sehr gutem Ferienhaus

We zijn vier weken in dit huis geweest en we hebben er van genoten. We zijn met drie volwassenen en een hond geweest en het huis was ruimschoots voldoende voor ons. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd en er is een weliswaar klein maar heerlijk zwembad aanwezig. Helaas viel het weer een beetje tegen waardoor we daar weinig gebruik van kunnen hebben maken. De omgeving is rustig en het uitzicht naar alle kanten mooi. De eigenares, alsmede de dame die ons ontving etc. waren hulpvaardig waar dat nodig was. Al met al een prettig verblijf en zeker een verblijf om terug te komen.

Für uns immer wieder schön!!!! ... TOP!!

aus unserer Erfahrung nach mehr als 20Jahren Urlaub in Denia und vielen Ferien Häusern, können wir sagen das in der Casa Felix ein guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu finden ist!!! ....schöner Pool, tolle Dachterrasse und das alles am Fuße des Berges mit Blick auf`s Meer..!!
