Stunning 5* villa by the sea in a quiet, central prime location

We are now renting out our own home in Croatia! Our villa is located directly on the sea (approx. 150m away - 2 minutes walk to the sea, hillside location, breathtaking unobstructed sea view on all 4 floors) on the island of Ciovo, which is connected to the mainland by 2 bridges. Just in front of the island is the historic town of Trogir, one of the most beautiful Unesco World Heritage cities in the world. The villa is located in the town of Okrug Gornji, in which all infrastructure (nice restaurants, local amenities, water sports, boat charters, etc.) is available.

Our very quiet villa is south-facing and, due to its exposed, elevated position, offers pure sun from morning to evening, but there are also shaded areas on all terraces. It was lovingly furnished by us and offers every comfort - a real temporary home for our guests.

As soon as you enter the villa, the panoramic sea view is impressive, comparable to your own suite on a cruise ship. When planning all living levels of the villa, attention was paid to maximum window areas, which seem to bring the sea into your own 4 walls. The gallery character of the house with approx. 6m central ceiling height in the dining and cooking area is just one of many other highlights of the villa.

The impressive central living/dining/cooking area is around 60 square meters and invites you to spend time with family and friends. The covered balcony with south orientation, of course towards the sea, also extends over the entire width of the house in this area.

On a total of 4 levels, the villa offers approx. 350sqm of living and usable space, divided among other things into 4 beautiful bedrooms (additionally with 4x en-suite bathrooms). It is therefore suitable for up to 8 people. You can enjoy the perfect all-round view from the roof terrace, where you will also find the heated jacuzzi as well as the outdoor bar and lounge area.
In the lowest of the 4 levels are u.a. the sauna and the fitness studio. From there you also have access to the large saltwater pool and other relaxation areas (a total of 4 furnished outdoor terraces).
On this level you can also enjoy your own BBQ and wonderful outdoor dinners, of course there is also beautiful, timeless and high-quality outdoor furniture.

A perfect housekeeper, who also lives on site in Okrug Gornji, will look after you throughout your stay, thanks to fast internet (Starlink) and 4 Smart TVs you can stay in touch with your family and friends at home at any time and enjoy Netflix and more Online media as desired. Every room in the villa is of course air-conditioned and can be set to your comfort temperature.

The villa has been marketed for the first time this year by a global high-end rental agency and immediately received the highest classification (5 stars) from the local authorities. With us as the owner, you will receive a special introductory price for the start of the 2023 season.
