Take a relaxed approach to your days and enjoy the fantastic location. Walk the short footpath up the dune to the sandy beach and enjoy the breeze blowing through your hair. Fly kites, build sand castles and jump towards the waves while swimming. You can also take full advantage of the proximity to Ringkøbing Fjord. Go hiking and biking and cast your fishing line along the shore. Water sports can also enjoy sailing, windsurfing and kiteboarding here in the best conditions.

Dünenaufgang

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist o.k. für jemanden ohne große Ansprüche. Badezimmer und vor allen Dingen Küche(da passt nur eine Person rein, also zusammen kochen geht nicht) sehr klein. Der Dünenaufgang ist einfach zu steil. Ältere Personen oder Personen selbst mit kleinen Handicaps werden hier scheitern. Leider mussten wir immer andere Strandabschnitte ausuchen. Das sollte schon in der Beschreibung angegeben sein.

Knuffiges Häuschen - in die Jahre gekommen

Sehr ruhige Lage, nah zum Strand; aber es muss einem bewusst sein, dass die Düne sehr steil ist. Einkaufen (auch Bäcker) nicht fussläufig. Bad sehr klein+Heizung defekt, Küchenschränke alt-Geräte einwandfrei funktionierend.Wohnzimmer einwandfrei. Abstand Schlafzimmer zu weit bei kleinen Kindern.Kein Hinweis, dass Strom abgelesen+Wasser angestellt werden muss. Ameisen im Haus+ein nagendes Tier über dem Schlafzimmer (zeitnahes Warnen/Info an Eigentümer war nicht möglich.) Schlüsselbox mit Code einwandfrei.

Sehr gemütliches, in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus in super Lage

Die Lage ist top-super - zum Haus selbst gibt es plus und minus: PLUS: - sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer, nicht hochwertig aber durchaus liebevoll eingerichtet - sehr gut dosierbarer Kamin mit einwandfreiem Rauchabzug - schnelles Internet - großer Flatscreen-TV (wenn man's braucht... ;o) - sehr reichliche Küchenausstattung - gute neue Fenster und Außentüren MINUS: - alte Bausubstanz von 1952 - das merkt man deutlich - Sanierung (Bad) ist auch schon 25 Jahre her - die Küche ist längst nicht so schick wie es auf dem (nachbearbeiteten) Foto des Inserats aussieht, sondern sehr klein und funktional - WLAN-Signal sehr schwach, da Router weitab vom Wohnzimmer auf dem Nachtisch des Elternschlafzimmers steht - Tipp an die Eigentümer: hier würde ein WiFi-Repeater für 30 Euro schnelle Abhilfe schaffen! - der nicht ausgebaute aber isolierte Dachboden ist offen, so dass Heizwärme unnötig nach oben verloren geht. Insgesamt trotz der genannten Nachteile ein wirklich schnuckeliges kleines Ferienhäuschen. Wir haben uns zu zweit dort sehr wohl gefühlt - wir fanden es gemütlicher als die mondänen flächig verglasten modernen Häuser in der Nachbarschaft. Eins noch: Kommunikation mit Novasol war nicht möglich (Badheizung defekt). Auf der Seite mit der Reservierungsbestätigung keine TelNr (!!), nur ein automatisierter Chatbot wurde angeboten, was nicht weiter führte. Kein Rückruf. Nicht optimal...
