The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a covered terrace and 2 balconies. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open every day from 8 am to 8 or 9 pm, according to the season).
The Carrefour and Mercadona supermarkets, which have fresh fish, are within walking distance, and there is a boules court next door. There are also many restaurants in the area, including on the nearby tennis courts. A visit to the Caves of Nerja is highly recommended, as are the Maro and Burriana beaches.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
Cleaning services including towel and/or bed linen changes are available for a fee.
The nearby tennis courts can be booked.
