Schlafen im Souterrain

Haus Vogelsang ist Teil einer Wohnanlage von insgesamt 4 Häusern. Unsere Wohnung hatte ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Einbauküche, Smart-TV und eigenen WLAN-Router. Bad mit moderner Dusche und kleinem Balkon mit 2 Stühlen. Im Souterrain lagen das großzügig dimensionierte Schlafzimmer mit Fullsize Doppelbett und das deutlich kleinere Kinderzimmer mit 2 vernünftigen Einzelbetten. Man konnte in der Kühle des Kellergeschosses gut schlafen. Die Couchgarnitur im WZ ist sehr groß und vernünftig erhalten. Möbelausstattung insgesamt rustikal und nicht modern, was kein Nachteil ist. Ausstattung mit Geschirr total ok. Guter Geschirrspüler! Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten wir selbst mitgebracht. Insgesamt sehr erfreulich, auch das die Schlüsselübergabe bei Heinemann nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt erfolgte, der Duhnen-Zentrum in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist und ein ordentliches Schwimmbad mitbenutzt werden könnte. Hat uns sehr gefallen insgesamt!

FeWo noch für Kleinkinder geeignet

Die FeWo ist für Kleinkinder aufgrund der Treppe ins UG nicht geeignet. Dort befinden sich die Schlafzimmer. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und quietschte bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung. Bad und Küche sind neu. Ansonsten roch es recht muffig in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist aber toll und der Spielplatz gut.
