Idylle

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Toms Wohnung mehr als genossen. Die Lage abseits der grossen Ostseebäder und doch nah genug, um den " Rasenden Roland " und die wunderbaren Strände zu nutzen. Unbedingt , wenn man mit Kindern dort ist, die vielen Spielpätze der Insel nutzen. Für uns war es auch ideal, dass die Wohnung über 2 Etagen ist, und die Kinder so im oberen Bereich spielen können - danke für die große Spielzeugkiste- während man selbst noch in Ruhe seinen Kaffee auf dem Balkon genießt. Super : alles super sauber !!!, die Wohnung liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller des Hauses, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Aussicht in's Grüne, schnelles Internet. Unbedingt im Restaurant " Drei Linden" , nur einige Schritte entfernt, essen gehen. Alles in allem: wir kommen wieder. Herzlichst Matthias & Familie

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Rad.Sehr idylisch.Ca.4km Entfernung zum einkaufen .In dem Dorf selbst gibt es keinen Bäcker oder ähnliches.Da man ja mit dem Auto anreist kein Problem. Dort fahren auch Busse. Wie gesagtdie Wohnung liegt sehr ideal ist sehr schön.

Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ganz o.k.. Eine Grundreinigung - vielleicht auch der Küchenfronten und der Fenster sowie der Außenanlagen - sollte u.E. mal gemacht werden. Aber zu der negativen Bewertung haben hauptsächlich folgende Punkte beigetragen - die sehr steile und schmale Wendeltreppe war für uns - wir sind nicht gehbehindert und noch recht fit- jedesmal eine Herausforderung. Vorallem Nachts, wenn man runter musste, zur Toilette. - die sehr schmalen Parkplätze. Wenn zwei größere Autos nebeneinander stehen, kann man die Türen zum ein-u. aussteigen kaum öffnen. Diese Dinge sollten vielleicht besser in der Beschreibung angesprochen werden. - der Fernseher funktionierte mal und mal nicht. Über weitere kleinere optische u. technische Mängel haben wir hinweggesehen. U.E. war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Ehel. Reher

Schöne Ferienwohnung für kleine Familie

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Gut eingerichtet sehr modern. Für Rügen und die Region auch gpnstig. Tolle Lage am See. Ein paar kleine technische Mängel, die wohl am Ende einer Saison mal vorkommen können. Nichts gravierendes. Ein kleines Problem mit der Reinigung vor Einzug wurde sofort kommuniziert und auch sehr kulant gelöst. Klare Empfehlung.

Super moderne saubere Wohnung

Wohnung liegt in einem Ferienwohnungsgebiet am Selliner See. Sehr ruhig. Schöner Balkon. Nachteil vielleicht für Familien mit ganz kleinen Kindern-obere Zimmer über eine Raumspar-Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Viele Attraktionen nur 15 Minuten entfernt.
