The typical Majorcan finca in a large well-kept plot of land has been extensively renovated. Peace and relaxation can be found there all year round. In the large, well-equipped kitchen, self-catering is really fun. You can enjoy the cozy evenings by candlelight on the veranda. All rooms have access to the terraces around the house, so everyone can find a quiet corner. The small pool is refreshing in the summer months, an outdoor shower is right next door. Central heating and a fireplace are available for the cooler winter days. In only 15 to 25 minutes you can reach the beaches Playa de Palma and the most beautiful natural beach Es Trenc. Quiet rural location, 5 minutes to the village of Llucmajor, 15 minutes to the airport and Palma. There is a market 3 times a week. There are restaurants in Llucmajor in Randa and Algaida. Llucmajor is still largely Spanish and lively all year round. The 2 beautiful golf courses at the Marriott Hotel Son Antem are only 5 minutes away.

Tolle Finca , sehr netter Vermieter der sofort vor Ort und Stelle war , wenn man ihn brauchte , Kleiner Pool der hochgebaut ist ( ideal auch für kleine Nichtschwimmer) Viele Videokameras ( man fühlt sich sicher ) Sehr sauber und gepflegt Alles super !!

Es posible disfrutar de la tranquilidad en Mallorca

Es una casa de campo muy bonita en una zona apartada y muy tranquila, cerca del pueblito de Llucmayor y de playas estupendas como Cala Pi y Sa Rápita. Tuvimos algún problema con el grupo electrógeno porque nos pilló una ola de calor muy fuerte y se calentaba el equipo. También por las elevadas temperaturas, el jardín estaba muy seco y dentro de la casa hacía calor. Por lo demás, la casa es muy completa y el equipamiento, mobiliario, ropas y menage está bastante nuevo y es bonito. Utilizamos mucho el porche delantero para desayunos y cenas, aunque hay que tener cuidado con las avispas. Norbert y su empleado Osvaldo fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Großzügige Finca mit verschiedenen Sonnenterrassen! Sehr gut und persönlich ausgestattet! Es fehlte an nichts! Absolut ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah an Luccmajor!! Die Finca kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter! Wohlfühlfaktor war sehr hoch!

Super Urlaub

In der liebevoll eingerichteten Finca verbrachten wir einen super Urlaub (5 Erwachsene + 1 Kind). Es fehlte nichts. Gab es doch einmal ein Problem war Familie Wagner sofort zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Natur pur, man kann total relaxen oder auch einmal laut sein. Leider verging die Woche viel zu schnell, trotzdem waren wir alle gut erholt. Liebe Grüsse die Wölfe aus Halle und Stuttgart

Alles super!

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, von dem man perfekt die Insel aus erkunden kann. Alles, was man an Utensilien benötigt, ist vorhanden und zwar in ordentlicher Verfassung - selbst, wenn Gäste kommen ist Besteck, Geschirr und Co. ausreichend da. Die Betten sind - im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern - excellent. Wir waren zu fünft im Haus und hatten alle genügend Platz. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Nur zu empfehlen.

ideal para relajarse

Son Feinete es una finca ideal para relajarse y olvidar los problemas del mundo. La azotea de la vivienda es un sitio íntimo y perfecto para tomar el sol. El dueño de la finca, ecologista convencido, la ha dotado de paneles solares, riego automático por goteo, bombillas de bajo consumo, sensores de movimiento para activar las luces exteriores, etc. A tan sólo 5 minutos de Luchmajor, el único sonido que se escucha es el trinar de los pájaros. Los anfitriones en ausencia de Norbert son sus vecinos Doris y Jürgen cuya amabilidad y calidez en su bienvenida son difíciles de olvidar.

Erholung pur

Um das Ergebnis vorweg zu nehmen: Wir waren zum ersten Mal da, aber hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Finca ist ein Traum für Alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Rundherum nur Felder, Vogelgezwitscher und das Raunen des Windes in den Bäumen. Ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht, "behütet" durch einen vorsorglichen Vermieter, der stets um Alles bemüht war und sich mehrfach telefonisch erkundigte, ob alles o.K. ist, bis hin zum "Rettnugsanker Familie Wagner", wenn mal die Technik streiken sollte, kann man seinen Urlaub so richtig genießen. Das beginnt schon mit dem Frühstück auf der Ostterrasse und endet mit dem Abendessen auf der Westseite. Wer will, kann den ganzen Tag mit der Sonne wandern; es gibt nämlich Terrassen auf allen Hausseiten. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

.....Ruheoase

.....wer die Ruhe sucht, ist genau richtig auf der traumhaftgelegenen Finca der Familie Amthor. Mit 5 erwachsenen Personen und einem Hund durften wir eine Woche lang so richtig ausspannen und die Sonne genießen. Die Finca ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Llucmajor ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen und bietet alles was man benötigt um den Urlaub vollkommen abzurunden. Die Betreuung vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub durch Herrn Amthor war ausgezeichnet und wir freuen uns auf eine baldige Wiederholung. Wirklich zu empfehlen:-)

Perfekte Erholung!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Son Feinete. Die Finca war für uns und unsere beiden Kinder (8 und 2 Jahre) ein herrlicher Platz zum Entdecken, Spielen, Baden und Entspannen. Der hochgebaute Pool ist gerade für kleine Nichtschwimmer optimal, da der Zugang gut zu kontrollieren ist. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden, was wir brauchten und die Beschreibung hat absolut zugetroffen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und vor Ort war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns bestens erholt, uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da!

Schöne Finca für Familie, die das Besondere suchen

schöne idyllische Lage, bei Lucmajor, Großes Grundstück von über 7.000m², nur 15x Minuten mit dem Auto zur Traumbucht Cala Pi im Süden und nicht weit von Es Trenc,wunderbare Radtourenwege und Straßen direkt vom Grundstück los nach Arenal/Palma, Puig de Randa und Cala Pi, Fina hat ausreichend Platz für 4x bis 5x Personen, sehr gepflegt und mit viel privater Hingabe auf-und ausgebaut, alles da vorhanden, Vollküche, Fernsehen, Musik undmehr, wer Autarkheit, Individualismus ohne Hotelservice, Zeitplanung und Fremdbestimmung sucht, ist auf dieser Finca bestens aufgehoben, zudem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, oft kosten Fincas dieser Größenordnung doppelt und mehr pro Woche

Finca zum Träumen und Relaxen

Bei Lluchmajor, ganz für sich auf großem Grundstück, gut ausgestattet in unberührter Natur. Nur an die Stille muß man sich einmal gewöhnen. Gute Ausstattung zu der auch ein kleiner Erfischungs-Pool und ein Gasgrill gehört. Natürlich auch ein Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Eisschrank und alles, auf das man auch in der "Wildnis" nicht verzichten möchte. Zum Traumstrand Es Trenc gerade mal ein halbe Autostunde, zu anderen Stränden keine zwanzig Minuten.Lllcumajor nahebei bietet alles, was das Shopping-Herz begehrt, einschließlich gut sortierter Supermärkte für den zünftigen Finca-Grill-Abend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - kein riesiger Luxus ,aber alles was man zum rundrum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen braucht. PS: Supernette Ansprechpartner in direkter Finca-Nachbarschaft, die sich um alles kümmern, wenn es denn mal ein "Problemchen" gibt. Einfach anrufen -und schon sind sie mit dem Radl - oder ein paar Cohibas - da.
