A estadia foi perfeita!! Casa super bem cuidada e limpa!! Bem espaçosa na sala e cozinha tbm!! Todos os banheiros e quartos em ordem, com roupa de cama limpa e em perfeitas condições. Já me hospedei em lugares onde a rinite atacava logo na chegada com o cheiro de pó, mas aqui, estava perfeito!! Todas as manhãs iam limpar a piscina, uma pena q estava friozinho e não conseguimos aproveitar muito, rs. Com certeza em uma próxima viagem para Ubatuba entraremos em contato novamente.

ótima estadia!

Casa ampla, com ótima disposição do espaço. Excelente para grandes grupos! Anfitriã (Nanci) e a responsável (Joice) foram super atenciosas e super presentes quando necessário! Apesar de chover alguns dias, não sentimos cheiro de esgoto e não vimos goteira na casa como relatado em outros comentários. Recomendo!

Excelente imóvel

Realmente as instalações superaram as nossas expectativas. A limpeza e a organização estavam impecáveis. A estrutura da casa é excelente (a mobília e os materiais também). Como ponto negativo a localização, a rua onde a casa fica é de barro, o que causa alguns inconvenientes, como a manutenção da limpeza da casa, e dos carros.

Ubatuba já foi bem melhor!

Frequento Ubatuba a pelo menos 20 anos e nunca vi suas praias tão abandonadas, estive lá com minha família (8 adultos e 4 crianças pequenas) no mês de Janeiro e infelizmente pegamos uma semana de chuvas intensas, cidade com alagamentos e muito caos nos serviços básicos. Só conseguimos coleta de lixo na rua após ligar e reclamar muito no setor responsável da prefeitura, nossa rua estava tomada por sacos de lixo aumentando demais a população de urubus, moscas e baratas. Quanto ao imóvel, pontos positivos: cozinha bem equipada e espaçosa, casa boa para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, local com bom comércio porém tranquilo e distante do barulho. Pontos negativos: mezanino e quarto superior ruins para dormir devido ao odor forte que vem do encanamento. Problemas no telhado deixaram a casa bastante úmida e causaram transtornos num dos melhores quartos do andar inferior, nos momentos de chuva, a água descia com vontade por uma das paredes. Os proprietários prestaram suporte, mas infelizmente esse passeio ficou classificado na minha família como "férias frustradas".

Alguns problemas na Casa

O que mais incomodou, foi o mal cheiro na casa, vindo do encanamento. Parece que não tem caixa de inspeção. Goteira em um dos quartos, e problema nos ventiladores. O chuveiro do banheiro próximo a churrasqueira não esquenta. O chuveiro da suite superior, ora esquentava, ora não esquentava.

Excelente casa, ótima localização.

A casa é uma delicia, super fresca, a piscina é grande, possui bastante utensílios domésticos, os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, sala e cozinha bem amplas. O caseiro limpou a piscina todos os dias (só poderia ir um pouco mais cedo). A casa tem uma localização muito boa, dá para ir a pé para a praia, tem mercado próximo. Excelente!

Casa excelente, com ótima localização. Muita privacidade, limpeza da casa impecável. Parece até que os proprietários residem na casa. Utensilios de primeira qualidade.. Foi a primeira de muitas vezes que ainda voltarei a alugar esta casa. Os proprietários são super atenciosos, e estão sempre preocupados em saber se a casa estava atendendo a expectativa.
