In the district of Cumbre del Sol 6.7 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 6.7 km, shingle beach "Cala Moraig" 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
