This vacation home in Calpe is located in a quiet area (cul-de-sac) and is perfect for couples or families with 2 children (over 10 years). It is fully equipped and offers all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. It has a beautiful pool (5mx10m, heated by a solar system in the transitional seasons) and a terraced garden. The house consists of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, a spacious living room with satellite TV and fiber optic internet as well as a covered breakfast terrace and an open sun terrace. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the small beach of Puerto Blanco. There is also a restaurant right there, the Puerto Blanco. Other dining options are just a few minutes' walk away. Or you can simply use the barbecue on our house terrace. From this spacious terrace you can also enjoy the warm rays of the sun, jump into the pool and end the day at sunset on the upper sun terrace with mountain and sea views.

Tolles Objekt mit schöner Aussicht :)

Wir haben uns in der Villa Tiva auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet für einen Urlaub mit der Familie und das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das stört aber absolut gar nicht, da es trotz allem gut gepflegt und alles vorhanden ist, was man so braucht. Der Pool ist wunderbar, nicht zu warm, nicht zu kalt. Wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt ☺️ Auch ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben, nur die Zeit, ab wann man das Haus beziehen kann, stimmt nicht - statt 2pm ist es ab 4pm. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, die nicht weiter stören. Das Verwalterehepaar ist sehr nett, spricht deutsch und kümmert sich wunderbar um das Haus und den Garten. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Trevlig villa med trivsamt läge. Lite långt till det mesta. Bil ett krav. Tyvärr städades aldrig poolen den dryga vecka vi bodde där. Riktiga kuddar saknades också. I övrigt riktigt bra.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus Casa Crante sehr genossen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Vor allem den wirklich großen Pool haben wir sehr oft genutzt. Er hatte immer eine angenehme Temperatur. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht! Die Betten war sehr bequem. Ich hatte keinen Tag Rückenschmerzen. Das passiert mir eigentlich nie im Urlaub. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach sehr schön. Tolle Liegen am Pool mit Auflage und Sonnenschirm. Die Verwalter vom Haus waren auch sehr nett und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch! Es gibt im Haus zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür Ventilatoren. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr nett! Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus!! Es ist alles vorhanden um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben!!

Calme et repos

Belle villa agréable et spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Elle est très bien équipée au niveau électroménager, le lave vaisselle est vraiment un plus. Les assiettes et accessoires de cuisine sont en nombre suffisant. Les extérieurs offrent une belle vue sur le Penon del Ifach. La literie est tout à fait correcte. La piscine est exceptionnelle ! Très grande, bien chauffée grâce aux panneaux solaires. A 10 mn de voiture on trouve de tout : magasins alimentaires, hôpital, médecin, plages, le centre ville de Calpe regorge de boutiques en tout genre, de restaurants et de bars. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances et avons décidé d’y retourner l’année prochaine. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Entspannter Urlaub in Calpe

Wunderschöne gelegene kleine Villa mit großem und beheizten Swimmingpool (31 Grad im August). Der Aufenthalt am und um den Pool war definitiv das Highlight. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Ein Auto ist definitiv Pflicht. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Strände sind einige Kilometer entfernt (mind. 10-15 min Fahrt) Das Haus selbst ist so wie beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Der Selbstversorgung steht nichts im Wege. Internet und TV funktionert sehr gut. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, allergisch kann man alle Fenster auflassen, da überall Moskitonetze eingebaut sind. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings doch ins Alter gekommen und bräuchte dringend einen Upgrade, dann wäre der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns gut erholt. Bester Grüße

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, la maison traditionnel est bien équipé, des chambres à la cuisine il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin, et le barbacoa de obra est génial. Les terrasses sont magnifiques, la vue sur la mer & le Peñón de Ifach est incroyable. La grande piscine chauffé est très belle et appréciable. Je dois dire que le nettoyage était bon en ces temps de COVID. La communication était bonne avec les personnes sur places.

Albtraum

Ich werde das Haus, den schmutzigen Pool, die Ameisenküche, das schmutzige Badezimmer, das Haus im Allgemeinen nicht empfehlen, sehr, sehr schmutzig, wir mussten es komplett desinfizieren, der Poolwächter (Alfredo) betritt das Haus ohne Vorankündigung, ohne die Privatsphäre von Calling zu berücksichtigen ... was wir unserem Anwalt mitteilen werden, weil unsere Privatsphäre verletzt wurde und der Reiniger (Alfredo) ohne Maske und ohne Sicherheitstrennung kam. Ich bin Krankenschwester und sehr wütend über die Behandlung. Der Pool ist NICHT beheizt und sie behandeln das Wasser mit Produkten, die ihre Badeanzüge und Schwimmer gelb färben. Ich habe keine Badeanzüge mehr ... Ich werde es auch melden. Wir waren sehr unglücklich, weil Alfredo und Rosa María uns belästigten und bedrohten, ohne gegen Kaution freigelassen zu werden. Das Haus wird nicht empfohlen.

Wieder sehr schön

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dem Ferienhaus und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Toller Pool, super Sicht, alles da und sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
