A lot of stairs in a rural setting
This property is on four storeys with stairs between each and not within walking distance of any shops or cafes. If that's going to be a problem for you I'd not recommend this property. For us it was perfect. We were travelling by car and the property was perfectly located mid way between Cologne and Bonn. It was an easy drive to both cities. The house itself is beautifully fitted out and was more than comfortable for our family of two parents and three kids.

Unser Aufenthalt im Wasserturm war gigantisch. Die Vermieter waren super sympathisch und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gute Austattung an Lebensmitteln, Badutensilien und sonstigem. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Perfect weekend
We had a perfect stay at the Water tower. We went to Phantasialand, which is a 15 min drive from the location. The house was in perfect condition, clean and everything was taken care of, from towels, beds and even food and drinks. Thank you to the owners!

Besondere Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage
Tolles Objekt mit Liebe zum Detail und Sinn für Ästhetik ausgestattet. Es war alles da. Super sauber. Rings um den Turm ein wunderschöner Garten mit Kürbissen, Feigen und Kräutern . Ein wahres Kleinod. Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Köln, Aachen, Bonn und natürlich das Phantasialsnd!

Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft
Der umgebaute Wasserturm hat uns vom ersten Augenblickt fasziniert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Rösberg selber bietet keinerlei Einkaufs- oder Freizeitmöglichkeiten, aber man kann alles gut erreichen, sogar mit dem ÖPNV. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Unique opportunity!
We had an amazing time staying at the water tower for two nights! Such a quaint quiet neighborhood. The location was great for us to venture to Belgium one day and up to Cologne on the second. So many details to list - fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the property, a stunning garden and the most pleasant hosts.

Sommerurlaub...
...in einem super angenehmen nicht ganz gewöhnlichen Ferienwohnung. Diese ist für den Urlaub von bis zu sechs Personen gut geeignet. Für die ersten Tag war auch schon für Essen und Trinken gesorgt. Selbst die hauseigenen Hühner hatten dafür ihr Bestes gegeben. Die absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The property is just stunning, inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is thought about by the wonderful hosts. They provided some food essentials including vegan options which was perfect as my husband is Vegan. The rooms are well equipped, clean and decorated so beautifully. We had a wonderful time. 😀

Wie im Märchen
Der Turm ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Nein, er ist in echt noch viel be- und verzaubernder. Er ist voller Charme und friedlicher Atmosphäre. Mit soviel Liebe und Hingabe von Rüdiger und Claus eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fast wie Rapunzel. Nur mit weniger Haaren. Sogar die Teenager waren sprachlos. Auch die Umgebung ist toll. Im Ort gibt es eine nette kleine Wirtschaft in der wir sehr lecker gegessen haben und unser Hund hat die umliegenden Wiesen und Felder mit viel Freude erkundet. Familienurlaub im Westen
Insgesamt hatten wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Die FeWo war super interessant und schick gestaltet/möbiliert. Es wurden sogar einige Grundnahrungsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt, die beim ein oder anderen Engpass durch den Tag gerettet haben. Das gesamte Ambiete der FeWo war gemütlich und warm. Die zwei Vermieter waren jederzeit zuvorkommend, höflich, offen und aufgeschlossen und trugen viel dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Ganz klare Empfehlung von uns, unbedingt ausprobieren!:)

Viel Platz zum spielen für die Kleine, extra Bad für die Große mit Steckdose:) und für die Erwachsenen eine mal andere sehr tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Ausblicken rundum die Staffelung der Zimmer in den einzelnen Etagen einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und bequemen Badewanne im Hauptbadezimmer. Nette Gastgeber, danke an Euch.
