The well-equipped self-catering holiday home is situated in the Gulf Park 'Well Düneburg' in Haren / Ems. On a floor space of 110 m² 6 people have comfortably. The house has on the ground floor a large living / dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. From the living room to get in a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. There you will find a built-in Neff oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Crockery and cutlery is abundant, so need not be every day the dishwasher 'angeschmissen'. Also a guest toilet on the ground floor is available.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms for 6 people and a bathroom with shower, bath and heated towel rail. Additional amenities for your car a garage.
The house is ideal for a golf vacation (50% discount on green fees) and for families with children, because the holiday resort 'Dankern Castle' is within walking distance.


Leisure Activities: In the surroundings you will find many possibilities for excursions. Z. B. Tour of the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, the maglev 'Transrapid' in Lathen, the bog museum and the museum ship in Haren and much more. Very quickly, the Netherlands can be reached. There, a visit to the zoo in Emmen, the fortress 'Bourtange' Museum and the Monastery 'Ter Apel' is recommended. Wunderbar you can be in the Emsland region by bike on the road.
In just 1.5 km away lies the holiday resort 'Dankern Castle'. There you will find many games attractions also an outdoor pool and the water park 'Topaz', a riding hall, a mini golf course, over 100 play area, a covered games hall, a cinema, a bowling alley and of course the Dankernsee with its long sandy beach, a surf school, a diving school, waterskiing and paddle boats.
You will also find in the vicinity tennis courts, a wave pool, a microlight airfield and a kart track.

Eine schöne Woche in Haren
Wir haben Ende Juli 2024 eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung und Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, man hört sehr selten mal etwas von den Nachbarn. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man den Schloss Danken Park oder See nutzen möchte. Beides ist mit 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Von Haren aus kann man auch leicht Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung ansteuern. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und hat uns allen mehr als ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Ausstattung reichte für unseren Wochentrip vollkommen aus. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns nicht sehr gestört hat. Die Holzbetten knarzen ein wenig, was man ebenfalls verkraften kann. Ein Grill ist vor Ort der genutzt werden kann, sowie diverse Stühle um gemütlich auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Auf den Bildern konnte man leider die Dusche nicht sehen, die aber auf jeden Fall vorhanden ist. Hier wäre ein Duschvorleger wünschenswert, da Wasser aus der Dusche ins Bad läuft. Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung, was vor allem die Handtücher und Gegenstände in der Küche betrifft. Diese haben wir vor Nutzung noch einmal gereinigt. Die Pfannen würden wir vorschlagen zu ersetzen, da sich die Beschichtung teilweise gelöst hatte. Ebenso der Sonnenschirm, der langsam den Dienst quittiert. Fliegengitter wären optimal, da wir eine regelrechte Fliegen- und Mückenplage hatten. Alles in Allem können wir die FeWo sehr empfehlen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus und das hat super gepasst. Nebenan sind direkt mehrere Spielplätze. Das Haus hat alles was man für ein Wochenende benötigt.

Ein schönes Haus in dem die Zeit stehen geblieben ist.
Wir haben uns in dem Haus mit paar Abstrichen wohl gefühlt. Ein in 2000-er Jahren qualitativ eingerichtetes Haus. Massive Möbel, viel Stauraum, gute Küche. Die Grundsauberkeit war gegeben. Jedoch waren die Küchenschränke von innen leider sehr schmuddelig, müssten mal gereinigt werden, so wie die Dekokissen am Sofa alt und schmutzig, müssten mal ausgewechselt werden. Ein Sofakissen lag sogar ganz ohne Bezug da. Im Wohnzimmer standen 2 Ikea Sessel mit Fußhocker. Ein Fußhocker war defekt, an dem unser 2,5 Jähriger Enkel sich böse Verletzungen in Lippen-Mundbereich zugezogen hat. Für Kinder findet man so gut wie kein Spielzeug oder Kinderbücher. Die vorhandene Brettspiele sind überwiegend nicht komplett. Nicht desto trotz, ist das Haus praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut bestückt mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr und hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Verkehrsberuhigter Bereich. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Spielplatz und schöne Natur für einen Spaziergang. Auch haben wir die warme Mai-Sonne auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. In der Garage stand ein Kugelgrill, den wir gerne benutzt haben. Der Verwalter meldete sich telefonisch bei uns. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos.

prima huis. goede ontvangst. goede locatie voor golf. (de golfbaan ligt er helaas niet goed bij -slecht onderhouden) Komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. Enige minpunt zijn de plastic matrashoezen op de bedden. Niet meer van deze tijd.

Prima huis om in te verblijven. Wij waren er maar 3 dagen. Maar alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Wij waren er om te golfen. In de verhuurtekst staat/stond dat je 50% korting krijgt op de greenfee maar dat is niet zo. Dus als het er nog staat houd daar rekening mee.

Erholung pur
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ablauf hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vermieterin und Verwalter waren sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen ruhig und der Garten sehr geschützt, was uns angenehm aufgefallen ist. Auch die großzügig mit Geschirr bestückte Küche hat uns erfreut. Einzig die Ausstattung mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern könnten wir als Empfehlung auf den Weg geben (wegen des angrenzenden Gewässers auf dem Golfplatz). Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.
