In the middle of the oldest, historic part of France, in Gascony, is our apartment house. Surrounded by vineyards, a little off the road, you will reach our "green oasis". On a beautiful terrace you have enough space to have breakfast or to end the day with a Petit Rouge. In the large garden there are sun loungers and secluded shade areas. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in Nogaro, 6 km away. Of course, you can't miss the weekly markets in Eauze or Barbotan de Therme. Everything is easy to reach in a few minutes. In summer, the lac l'Uby in Barbotan or the lido in Eauze invites you to swim.

Many festivals and concerts are also popular in the summer, such as the Jazz Festival in Marciac or the Tempo Latino in Vic-Fezensac. The area is also known for its vine cultivation. Whether white, rosé or red wine, the Côté de Gascogne tastes wonderfully refreshing in all 3 colors. The growing area is also known for its Armagnac. At numerous wineries, you can let yourself be fed and give your palate new impressions and flavors.
