Private: large garden wildlife garden and trees, natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Viareggio" 2.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school, sailing school 500 m, tennis 2 km, sports centre 2 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 90 km, Pisa 25 km, Lucca 25 km, Forte dei Marmi 15 km, Pietrasanta 12 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Massaciuccoli 6 km.
