Luxury Villa, Stunning Sea Views, Private Gardens, WiFi, and Air-Con.

VILLA CASA CUBA is situated on the modern development of Clube Golfemar which consists of high quality villas in a tranquil setting amidst tropical gardens and adjacent to the Vale de Milho Golf Course. The villa is situated in a Prime location - just 100m from the communal pool, children’s pool, and Bar/Restaurant. The property consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, lounge, and dining room, and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The Villa has FREE high speed Wi-Fi and Broadband Internet; UK & European TV and Air Conditioning. The Villa is south facing, providing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the lounge and master bedroom. It has its own private garden and partly shaded rear patio, which provides outside dining & BBQ. Sun beds are located on the roof terrace which enjoys dawn till dusk sunshine with fabulous panoramic views of the coastline and mountains. The Villa is near many spectacular beaches, championship golf courses, and near to a small mini market, and 5 local quality restaurants. There are many attractions including 2 water parks and Zoo Marine just a short drive away.

COAST/BEACHES: There are some stunning beaches close by with the nearest Centeanes being about 1km (10-15 min walk). Within 5 mins by car is our favourite beach - Praia de Marinha with its natural arches and rock stacks. The smugglers beach at Benagil and Albandeira all have good beaches. Some have good beach restaurants. The coastline around Benagil is spectacular and the cliff walk from Benagil to Albandeira is rated one of the best cliff walks in the Algarve. There are said to be 82 named beaches in the Algarve, not to mention the hidden coves.

GOLF &TENNIS: The Algarve is renowned for its excellent golf courses, and the owners are keen Golfers.
Casa Cuba is situated centrally to most of the best courses, thereby offering an excellent base for golfers.
Vale de Milho 9-hole par 3 course is adjacent to the property. This is only a short course, but suitable for families, beginners and short game practice. The Pestana Golf Resorts (Vale da Pinta, Gramacho, Silves and Alto Championship courses) are 10/15 mins drive from Golfemar. Pennina and the Faldo and O'Connor Championship courses are all within a 15-minute drive. Salgados Links, Palmares and Golfe do Morgado are within a 20-minute drive. The Vilamoura courses are about 30 mins from the Villa.
Discounted green fees and special package deals are available on many courses.

Tennis can be booked at the Rocha Brava Tennis Centre, which is only a 10 minute walk from Golfemar.

CAR HIRE: Car hire is not essential, but is recommended in order to visit the many interesting places along this wonderful coastline, and inland to the mountains of Monchique. If you require a hire car we can recommend an excellent local company offering good value for money.

Just absolutely lovely!

We enjoyed Casa Cuba so much. What an adventure. We felt so lucky to have found this villa. Loved the view, loved the location, loved the center of town, and the wonderful people. We will be back.

Relaxing break

Had a great time in this lovely villa, perfect location for relaxing time and discovering the Algarve. Loads of great restaurants in the local area and the beaches are within a short distance. The villa is well equipment with everything you’ll need for your stay it’s like home from home. June is a fantastic loads of good information and really good communication 5 stars. Thanks again

Lovely villa in perfect location

The villa was in a quiet area but very close to Lighthouse pool and bar which had a lovely pool and the welcoming staff were great, very family friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shops a lovely area.

Ausgezeichneter Urlaub

Über Weihnachten 22/ Neujahr 23 hatten wir einen höchst erfreulichen/ erholsamen Urlaub an der Algarve. Maßgeblich daran war die bemerkenswerte Unterkunft - das Appartement war bestens ausgestattet, es entsprach völlig der Beschreibung. Thanks June and Graham

Óptima Villa

Villa muito bem equipada e confortável com um jardim perfeito para refeições ou para tomar uma bebida com vista para o mar. Piscina a 100 metros, sem dúvida aconselho esta villa. Boa comunicação com proprietários e com assistentes.

Sehr gut und schön ausgestattet mit wunderschönem Blick und toller Umgebung.

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht voll auf zufrieden. Es kommt selten vor, dass der Eindruck vor Ort noch besser ist, als man es von den Bildern erwartet- aber bei der Casa Cuba war es definitiv so. Wir waren mit unseren Teenager Töchtern in der Casa für 2 Wochen in Urlaub und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll, vollständig und praktisch ausgestattet einschl. Strand-Sonnenschirmen und Frischhalteboxen, mehrere Gedecke Geschirr, so dass man nur einmal am Tag den Spüler laufen lassen muss usw. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse oder vom Dach ist einfach Traumhaft. Und in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man sich wünscht: Schöne Strände, gute und nette Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und vor allem absolut kein Rummel. Auch der Pool der Anlage ist sehr schön nur leider ohne Schatten. Die Lage der Casa " in der Mitte der Algave-Küste" bietet viel Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen. Die Englischen Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass sie wollen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen - und genau das hatten wir uns: sehr wohl gegühlt.

Excellent villa

The villa is in immaculate condition and well equipped. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The patio is superb with that great view. The bird book provided helped identify unusual birds that come into the garden. The flowers growing there were beautiful in October. There is an abundance of literature describing the villa and things to do and see in the area. A lot of thought has gone into everything. The dishwasher and a few tablets were really welcome. There is easy access to beautiful cliff walks in the area though hiring a car is really necessary if you wish to see many of the sights further afield. The nearby restaurant, Ponto de Encontro, is reasonably priced and popular with ex-pats, though you'll need Google Maps or Sat Nav to find it! Would highly recommend this villa.

Rundum versorgt und wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Casa cuba. Es fehlt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich an nichts, der Sercice war perfekt. Auch unserem 1,5j Sohn hat es sehr gut gefallen, und es gab sogar Sandspielzeug und co.

Delightful villa, clean and fully equipped in a great location

We had a wonderful 10 days at Casa Cuba. The villa is well equipped, and in a lovely quiet location although walking distance to restaurants and Carvoeiro is only a 20min stroll. The communal pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. There are good selection of restaurants close by. Would definitely return :)

Erholsamer Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus, ideal zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Ruhige Lage. Ferienhaus für 4 Personen geeignet. Einrichtung gepflegt. Lage in einem eher englisch-sprechenden Domizil. Abends empfiehlt es sich nach Carvoeiro oder Lago zu fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort (Brötchen etc.) oder in Lago für Großeinkäufe sind gegeben. Poolanlage besteht aus einem Kinderbecken und einem Schwimmerbecken.

Erholung und Wohlfühlen garantiert

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Casa Cuba und haben wieder jede Minute genossen. Die Lage und Umgebung des Hauses sind optimal, um vom Haus aus wunderbare Klippenspaziergänge zu machen, ein Bad im Pool zu nehmen, in leckeren Restaurants zu essen oder einfach an herrlichen Stränden zu entspannen. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, man merkt, dass die Eigentümer das Haus auch selbst bewohnen. Veranda, Garten und die ganze gepflegte Anlage tragen dazu bei, sich wohlzufühlen. Auto empfohlen, um auch andere Schönheiten der Algarve zu erkunden. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung der Anmietung läuft umkompliziert, promt und professionell. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Butler!

Well equipped villa very clean, great location.

The villa is well maintained, extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners have equipped it with everything you could possibly require, including internet TV. There's a great folder of information on site with suggestions of places to eat and visit as well as instructions on how to use the various appliances. The villa is situated on a very pleasant estate and is only a couple of minutes walk from the lovely pool area and Lighthouse Restaurant where we enjoyed a couple of meals listening to a great live band. The location is ideal, with a small supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance, but we found it easier to take the car. Some good golf courses only 15-20 minutes drive and the coastal walks are very enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others. All in all a great place for a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful villa great location

The villa was spacious spotlessly clean and felt like s home from home with lovely personal touches.The pictures definitely don't do it justice and the views from the roof terrace are stunning It's in a quiet location but within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and the villa provides plenty of information about places and restaurants to visit . Local beaches are stunning.

Beautiful villa, great holiday

The villa is lovely with stunning views! We found everything we needed and the kids loved the pool toys and buckets and spades which we made use of on beach days. The complex is ideal, quiet and well looked after. The pools are great and were never overly busy. Kids made lots of new friends and we enjoyed several nights up at the Lighthouse Bar enjoying a cocktail listening to the live bands whilst kids played safely in the park. At least 5 places to eat within walking distance and some do takeaway. 5 min drive into Carvoeiro itself. Our only slight negative was that temperatures were very high so without air conditioning the villa was feeling warm even with fans but believe this has possibly been introduced since our departure. Otherwise perfect villa in a perfect location and we are looking forward to return visit. Thank you!

relaxte Tage in einem tollen Haus

Wir konnten zwei erholsame und angenehme Wochen in der Unterkunft verbringen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und der Dachterrasse waren einmalig. Das Haus und die Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Tägliches Schwimmen in dem schön angelegten und gepflegten Pool war fester bestandteil unseres Urlaubes. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft waren sehr gepflegt, man konnte sich von Beginn an wohlfühlen.

An amazing Vila, would definitely recommend!

This villa made our holiday so much more special, we have 2 young children and they providex everything we could possibly need from high chairs to cots and even buckets and spades for the beach! It was so homely and had everything you need ever need, it was clean and the views were breathe taking. We are already thinking about when we can book it again! Thank you June and Graham x

Review of stay at Casa Cuba 04/09/ - 18/09/15

We are seasoned independent travellers who know the area well and have rented many properties in the Algarve over the years. Casa Cuba has been one of the best! The property was immaculate, with the best equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental property. There were even inflatable pool toys to keep our 2 year old entertained. The newly installed fibre broadband and excellent TV package was also a bonus (to anyone with young children). We particularly liked the electric shutters as they gave us extra peace of mind and welcome additional security. The Golfemar complex is quiet, very well kept with an excellent pool area and nice bar/restaurant. The views are excellent from the terrace. The local managing agent, Monica, is the best I have very dealt with, nothing was too much trouble and the minor issue we did have was resolved very quickly. We will be returning to the Carvoeiro area and will definitely look to stay a Casa Cuba again. 10/10! Regards, Paul and Sue - Sunderland.

First class villa - highly recommended!

Wonderful to be back to this superb villa. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need and more for your holiday. Great for a relaxing family holiday with the on-site pool and nearby beaches. New on-site restaurant serving delicious food with views to the lighthouse and sea. We would highly recommend this villa and location to family and friends.

The Villa is owned by ourselves, Graham & June Butler and our son Paul Butler. We live in Preston and our son lives in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Since our retirement we enjoy the winter sunshine in our Villa, and our son and his family usually visit at some time during the year.
We enjoy walking, golf and bird watching and good beaches to relax,
We update Casa Cuba each year during our time there.

Why they chose this property

We chose Casa Cuba because of the beautiful views of the ocean, and the tranquil location. It is situated in a quiet Cul-de-Sac near to the Pools and now Newly Opened Restaurant/Bar Grill.
We wanted a property that enjoyed winter sunshine, good beaches, good golf and good walking,and Casa Cuba ticked all these boxes for us.,

What makes this property unique

When we first entered Casa Cuba and the electronic blinds went up we instantly fell in love with the wonderful views of the ocean.
We loved the gardens and peaceful location, the roof terrace ideal for the early evening gin and tonic or all day sunshine.
Besides all of that our favourite pastimes of, walking, golf and bird watching and good beaches to relax, are all available nearby.
