Also explore the Dalmatian coastal town of Biograd na Moru on the north side of the Pasman Channel between Zadar and Sibenik. You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and traditional tavernas serving authentic Croatian specialties. Fresh fish, local olive oil, fresh vegetables and homemade wine will prepare you wonderful gastronomic experiences.
