Great Florida visit

Visited Englewood, FL for the month of March. Villa was everything we wanted. Great location in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed walks and bike rides around the neighborhood. Location is close to the beach, restaurants, golf, shopping and also Spring training baseball games. Access to the clubhouse and pool was convenient as it was next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Fabulous house

The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it, the furniture, the screened in porch, the beautiful bathrooms (2 1/2 of them), the bedrooms, the kitchen. It is so beatifully decorated, I took some notes :) We loved it. It was perfect for myself, husband and three kids. It is close to everything. The owner has been nothing but extremely accomodating as well as the person who takes care of the house for him. It doesn't even compare to staying in a hotel and the price is the same. I give it an excellent recommendation, we'll be back if we are in the area again!

Beautiful villa, Great location!

Great place to stay. The villa is spacious, modern, very well equipped and quiet. It's in a nice neighborhood right next to the club house, with a view of the lake, very relaxing. Great location, close to the beaches, good places to eat and a short drive to Boca Grande, Englewood and Punta Gorda. Perfect place to get out and exercise. We enjoyed the bikes as there are bike paths and plenty of places to ride and walk. The owner is very accommodating and we look forward to coming back next year!

Great vacation home

It has been a wonderful vacation in Wilkes' house. It is located in a new neighborhood, 15 minutes away from the beach, bowling, and movie theater. The house is very comfortable, modern and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.

Great Place To Stay

What a great place to stay when visiting Florida. Good West Central place to stay with traffic at a minimum. Unit extremely clean. I plan to return. Owner very helpful. No issues with unit.

Beautiful Home with an Excellent Host

This was my first time using Vacation Rentals and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location was perfect for us with short drives to Boca Grande, Englewood, and Port Charlotte. The home was very clean with all the modern comforts to make a stay with two young kids enjoyable. The owner provided excellent communication and service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back next year!

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben mit unserer 3 1/2 jährigen Tochter einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Englewood verbracht! Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen - gerne würden wir wieder kommen! Ausstattung und Lage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir können einen Segelausflug mit Capt. Dan auf www.sailmagicwind.com sehr empfehlen. Weiterhin lohnt sich gerade mit Kindern ein Ausflug nach Weeki Watchee mit seinen Meerjungfrauen! Vielen Fank für Ihre Mühe!

Villa BlueLagoon

Drei wunderbare Wochen in einem super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub in einem luxuriösen Ferienhaus benötigt. Eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, eine Terrasse mit Seeblick und Betten, in denen man sehr gut schläft. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto den kilometerlangen wunderbaren Strand von Englewood Beach, wer Golf mag, findet in der Umgebung einige Golfplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto ebenfalls nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einige Factory outlets sind ca. eine Autostunde entfernt. Wir sind nach drei Wochen in diesem Haus sicher, wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter.

Absolut gelungener Urlaub in super Ambiente

Wir haben in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, mit liebevollen Details und gepflegter Außenanlage, 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Dieses „Heim“ ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alle im Inserat angegebenen Utensilien sind in einem zweckmäßigen, sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand, so dass einer problemlosen Nutzung nichts im Wege stand. Bei dem wunderschönen Floridawetter konnten wir uns direkt nebenan im Pool vom Clubhaus erfrischen und den Sonnengott anhimmeln. Wem das noch nicht reicht - es gibt mehrere traumhafte Strände in Englewood (nur kurz um die Ecke – 15 min mit dem Auto). Hier war es wirklich wunderschön. Am frühen Morgen beim Haifischzähne sammeln, konnten wir Delfine im offenen Meer beobachten. Auch die in tadellosem Zustand zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder konnten zum schnellen Holen der Frühstücksbrötchen im Publix genutzt werden. Ja und dann gibt es noch die Shopping Malls –das Towncenter in Port Charlotte (gleich um die Ecke), Miromar Outlet in der Nähe von Estero oder auch das Westfield Center in Brandon. Der nette Kontakt vor, während und nach dem schönen Urlaub mit der Vermieterfamilie krönte das tolle Erlebnis noch. Herzlichen Dank aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet

Besser und professioneller geht es nicht!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles macht einen neuen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die vorbereiteten Informationen waren mehr als vollständig. Reise Tipps für die Umgebung fanden wir vor Ort vor und verbrachten so eine geniale Woche, bevor es nach Orlando weiter ging. Wir alle wären gern länger geblieben. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus !!!!

Es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage in einem tollen Haus!!! Die Villa Blue Lagoon bietet eine tolle Ausstattung u. eine ruhige Lage.Ein Poolhaus befindet sich direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt u. haben vom Vermieter tolle Tipps für Tagestouren bekommen.Wir waren in Orlando,Sarasota,Naples, Key West u. in den Everglades. Man sollte für Key West aber eine Übernachtung vor Ort einplanen. Man fährt ca. 6,5 Stunden. Im Miromar Outlet, in der Nähe von Fort Myers, kann man super günstig shoppen. Unbedingt mal hin fahren !! In Port Charlotte gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, in denen man günstg essen gehen kann. Aber ein zünftiger Barbecue-Abend mit dem vorhandenen Grill muss natürlich auch sein. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub u. ein Feriendomizil, das man nur weiter empfehlen kann!!!! Viel Spaß im nächsten Florida-Urlaub !!!

4 Freunde in Florida...

Uns hat es im Haus hervorragend gefallen, super Urlaub in Florida. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern incl. Bad, großem Wohnraum und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch sonst haben wir im Haus nichts vermisst. (TV, W-Lan, Radio, Gasgrill, Kühlbox für den Ausflug) Auch das Poolhaus nebenan haben wir intensiv genutzt und waren begeistert. Hervorragend auch die Abwicklung der Reservierung und das Check-in vor Ort.

Nach 17 Jahren wieder Florida

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vor, in der jedes Paar ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit separater Dusche und WC hatte. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und eine Insektensichere Terasse waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die günstige Lage zu den Stränden an der Golfküste war hervorragend. Auch diverse shopping Malls und auch sehr gute Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Faszinierend war auch, dass durch die zum Haus gehörenden Fahrräder jeden Morgen frisch Brötchen vom Bäcker geholt werden konnten. ( und das waren richtige Brötchen und kein Schaumgummi, wie das meiste Brot in USA.) Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, denn es gibt auch in direkter Nachbarschaft ein "Poolhaus", welches mitbenutzt werden kann. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Also ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub, der zur persönlichen Gestaltung keine Wünsche offen läßt.

4-Personen Urlaub mit Kindern im Sommer 2010

Ferienhausausstattung = ***** (sehr gepflegt und hochwertig, kostenloses, schnelles WiFi) Ferienhauslage = **** (abgelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, Swimmingpool direkt nebenan - hier haben sich unsere Kinder (11,13) am liebsten aufgehalten ..., Entfernung zum Strand ca. 10-20 Autominuten) Mietabwicklung = ***** (sehr, sehr vorbildlich!) Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Eignung für Kinder = ***** (Von WaveRunner fahren über Kindererlebnisparks bis Sonnenbaden an wunderschönen, nicht überfüllten Sandstränden gibt es im Umkreis von 2,5 Autostunden jede Menge zu erleben) Fazit: Beste Empfehlung mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Waren sehr zufrieden !

schöne Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und nur ein Steinwurf vom Glofplatz entfernt ! Viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

We're loving the quiet location of the Villa BlueLagoon, but we can drive just a few minutes by car to one of the four beaches that are never crowded. Also shopping is In convenient distance to 3 large outlets within a one-hour drive.

What makes this property unique

Many golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Also for a day trip to Bush Gardens, the Theme Parks in Orlando and to the Everglades, the location of the villa is outstanding.
