A beautiful historic building in the old part of the village. Absolutely central but still quiet. House, 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort Riparbella, in a central position, 12 km from the sea. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Public parking 20 m. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 100 m, café 50 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Cecina" 10 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Calidario" 40 km. Nearby attractions: Volterra 30 km, Pisa 60 km, Lucca 90 km, Firenze 120 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Additional parking spaces approx. 120 m away.
