About this property

This wonderful lakeside holiday home is idyllically situated just 20 meters from Lake Rinksbysjön, about 11 kilometers south of Småland's capital, Växjö.

A private bathing area and the landing stage, where your motorized boat awaits you, is only 20 meters from the house.

The house is furnished for 4 people and a small child and consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, television with German and Swedish programs. There is a dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher.

Two bedrooms with a double bed (2 single beds) in one and 2 single beds in the other offer comfortable sleeping comfort. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On one side there is a glazed terrace, on the other side a beautiful sun terrace with, of course, a view of the lake.

There is a playhouse for the children on the property.

Växjö offers a lot of sights and shopping opportunities, for example the city park "Linnéparken" or the "Teleborg Castle".
