Very large villa for 14 (16) persons. Very large living room with open kitchen and open dining room. Luxury bathroom. House is handicapped accessible. Pitch for 6 cars or boat or RV. Best location, only 100m. to the natural beach. Animals are welcome. Pool 7x4 m. Garage. Ideal for several families or families with many children. Swimming pool with child safety lock.

Review

The. Outside area wasn’t as big as we expected, not enough shade for those who needed it , and the sunbeds were poor. There was a few problems with water flow from showers but whenever I called the owner , he came directly and was always very helpful and amenable .

Un desastre

El primer día no había sábanas ni toallas en ninguna habitación y era imposible contactar con los dueños. Gracias a la chica de Vrbo que nos atendió, después de muchas llamadas, conseguimos contactar con ellos y trajeron ropa de cama, pero nos dijeron que había que alquilarla, aunque en el anuncio no lo pone. La piscina inutilizable de lo sucia que estaba, estuvimos 5 días de los 7 sin poder bañarnos. Después de la mala experiencia, hemos reclamado una compensación, tanto nosotros como a través de Vrbo, y los propietarios ni contestan. Nada recomendable

DECEPCIONANTE

Como se puede comprobar en la valoración, nuestra estancia no ha sido muy positiva. La casa es muy grande pero tiene un montón de deficiencias: mosquiteras rotas, tostadora que no funciona, duchas que funcionan muy irregularmente (una de ellas no tiene agua caliente), la piscina está descuidad: el circuito se para en muchas ocasiones y queda sucia; de pronto aparece el dueño sin avisar y se pone a limpiarla. No tuvimos el teléfono de contacto hasta que no llegamos (estuvimos esperándole después de la supuesta hora de entrada sin tener su telf de contacto, inadmisible). LLamé unos días antes para decirle lo de la piscina y concretar la hora de salida y no contestó ni devolvió las llamadas en ningún momento. Hubo tormentas y como algunas superficies no están bien construidas se inundó la entrada del apartamento anexo, NO INCLUTE SÁBANAS NI TOALLAS (!!!???, la primera vez que me pasa esto en una casa rural), los colchones son un poco probres, en fin... una casa enorme, bien cara, pero no está en absoluto a la altura de lo que se pide por ella, que no es poco.

Grande maison équipée

la maison est équipée, et très grande. Nous étions 8 adultes, 4 enfants et 2 bébés. Il y avait encore de la place pour 1 couplé avec enfants ou 2 couple en plus. Proche de la plage et du centre ville. Très satisfaits ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et généreux. Gracias M. Peter. Saludos.

Des vacances au top malgré une maison ou rien ne fonctionne

Sur les 4 sdb 2 seulement fonctionne, pas d eau dans la cuisine du haut. 2 Wc sur 4 et la piscine à la limite de tourner tout le séjour. Une prise sur 2 ne fonctionne pas. Plusieurs coupures les jours de pluies... des odeurs de renfermées dans les placards... après tout ça n empêche pas de passer un bon moment la maison est grande on ne se monte pas dessus nous étions 8 adultes 5 enfants et 3 bébés. L emplacement est fabuleux. En résumé vous ne partez pas dans une maison irréprochable...

Maison formidable pour passer des vacances en famille, voir grande famille tout en gardant son intimité. Descriptif correspondant vraiment à la maison. Crique toute proche de la maison.
