The house is recently constructed, and stands in its own walled gardens, with lawns and patio. There is a beautiful large private swimming pool and outdoor barbecue. The house is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV fully fitted kitchen include dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery.
Bedlinen and towels are provided. the house is ideal for families and groups and is pet friendly.
On a dead end street, easy parking, and the gardens and grounds are lit and totally secure.

Experiencia espectacular! !!!!

Ha sido una estancia perfecta!!! Todo de 10. La casa ideal, tiene de todo lo que se necesita, la piscina grande, limpia y magnífica!!!. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo en Casa Dina!! Monique!!!! Que decir de Monique?? Una persona simpática, amable, cercana....Una maravillosa propietaria siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad!!! Repetiremos seguro!!! Hasta pronto Casa Dina!!!! Haus mit Pool

Alles in einem schönen Urlaub gehabt. Vermieterin sehr nett. Im Haus roch es muffig. Nach mehrmaligen Lüften besser. Hundegebell war am schlimmsten. Tag und Nacht. Ruhiges Liegen am Pool oder Nachts mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war unmöglich. Sonst sauber , Pool toll und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Mann benötigt unbedingt ein Auto.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schöne Location — Entspannung am sauberen Pool. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Absolut zufrieden.

Perfect verblijf, ook voor langere duur. Aanrader!

Prima woning. Zeer geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Met een serre, waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Het prive zwembad is prima in orde en wordt goed onderhouden. Ook de tuin is voldoende groot en wordt ook prima onderhouden. Er staan een jonge citroenboom die al vruchten geeft, een jonge mandarijnboom en ook een jonge appelboom. Ook voldoende stoelen met kussens rond het zwembad, en ligbedden met kussens. De TV is voorzien van een TV Box, dus heel veel zenders, en ook alle NL zenders. Ook films en series van Netflix, HBO etc. zijn te zien. Kortom: We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, met dank aan de eigenaresse Monique die voor elk probleem een oplossing biedt.

Me ha parecido fabuloso, Monique es una señora espectacular, muy atenta, te lo pine todo mut facil. A la casa no le falta ningún detalle. Hemos estado muy relajado. Todo de 10. Volveremos a repetir seguro.

Hemos pasado una semana en junio en la casa de Monique, genial, la casa con todo lo necesario y la piscina de lujo con barbacoa a estrenar. Monique muy atenta y a la vez muy discreta. Muy recomendable.

Very easy straightforward no problems. Monique is one of the world's kindest people. we could do with some more of her around. she is very friendly and easy to get on with and very knowledgeable of the local area property is large with front garden and rear garden larg wall for security and privacy and a large pool for those long summer days

Nos sentimos como en casa con muchísima intimidad.. una gran anfitriona que incluso se ofreció a cuidar de los peques y de nuestra mascota... aunque no fue necesario fue todo un detalle... Buena estancia y alojamiento

La estancia muy agradable, el alojamiento amplio y con bastantes comodidades. La cocina muy equipada con todo tipo de utensilios y accesorios para cocinar. Disponía de sal, aceite, vinagre, muchas especies, azúcar, papel de cocina, aluminio y film transparente, filtros para café... Dispone de sillas y accesorios para la playa. La piscina muy limpia, al igual que el jardín. Hemos estado en familia, con mi marido y mi hija de 9 años y hemos disfrutado mucho! Con ganas de repetir! Monique, la anfitriona, dispuesta en todo momento para ayudar, y pendiente de todo, pero dejando total intimidad a los huéspedes a pesar de estar en la finca de al lado del alojamiento, pero totalmente independiente uno de otro. Un acierto!

Deseando repetir!

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Monique y Gus fueron muy agradables y de mucha ayuda a nuestra llegada, y la casa es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Estamos deseando repetir el próximo año. It was just perfect! Monique and Gus are nice, helpful and welcoming. The house is really comfortable and it has everything you could need. Hopefully we can repeat next year!

Ei huono uniselle!

Huvilassa hyvä uima allas, kylpyhuoneet ja toimiva keittiö. Ilmastointi pitäisi olla ehdottomasti,!! Tuulettimet katossa pitävät kamalaa ääntä (pelottaa että tippuuvat päälle). Naapureissa paljon koiria ja kukko jotka häiritsevät nukkumista. Olisi hyvä mainita näistä esittelytekstissä!!!

Fantastic Holiday. Fantastic hosts

We had an amazing holiday at Chiclana. The villa is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. The pool and outside space is fantastic and is where we spent most of our time. Our kids loved the pool. It is a great size and deep enough to dive in! Monique and Guus are fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, really friendly and easy to chat too. They responded immediately to any questions and made us feel at home. They also made the kids a little knitted teddy each to take home. We will definately look at booking again soon. We loved it! Vacaciones maravillosas

Tanto Moni como Gus han sido encantadores. La casa corresponde con la descripción, zona tranquila y muy cerca de todos los servicios necesarios, la playa de la barrosa a tan solo 8 minutos. Un lujazo. Repetiremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!

Wunderschön! Es war perfekt für uns!

Wir ( zwei Menschen, ein Hund ) haben hier überwintert und uns alle super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, das große Grundstück sehr schön und gepflegt.Besonders klasse ist der Wintergarten als Speisezimmer. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub im Haus und in der Umgebung.

Amazing family holiday! Perfect villa and location.

We stayed here the last week in June and we had a fantastic time. Its a quiet location but a short drive to all amenities. We enjoyed the house and found the owners had thought to include everything you could possibly need. It was lovely having the garden and pool. As a family it was perfect, nice and clean also. The owners live next door but completely respected our privacy but were on hand if we needed them. Nice people. Overall, it was just what we hoped for and more. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends and family. Hope you are both well. And to future guests, enjoy!
