Fácil acesso a praia

A casa conseguiu comportar 7 pessoas que foram comigo. Tem dois banheiros que ajuda bastante. Está próxima a lagoa, a praia e comércios. O sr Valter é super bacana e já é a segunda vez que alugo imóvel dele.

Atende a nossas expectativas!!!

Estivemos hospedados por 10 dias durante o mês de fevereiro. O imóvel corresponde ao que está nas fotos e o atendimento do proprietário foi muito bom. A casa fica bem localizada, tanto próximo ao mar, quanto próximo a um pequeno comércio dentro do condomínio. Indico esta casa!

Perfeita

A casa é muito boa, limpa e com tudo necessário para se hospedar, fui para um casamento no condomínio e o Sr Valter foi super atencioso. A praia é belíssima mas muito perigosa não tive coragem de entrar, mas ali perto fica a Lagoa Azul, igualmente bela. Tem tudo pertinho, é seguro e tranquilo, super recomendo!

LOCAL MUITO BOM PARA SE HOSPEDAR

A casa é simples mais muito aconchegante, comporta confortavelmente 08 pessoas, o local aonde a casa vida é muito tranquilo, tem alguns comércios(Sorveteria, restaurante, pizzaria, supermercado) próximos tudo que você precisa para ficar a vontade, a praia e tranquila para aproveitar principalmente família, o Sr. Valter e família são muito atencioso, ótimas pessoas para se negociar a estadia, todos adoraram. Aconchegante

Adoramos a estada nessa casa. Ela é simples, porém muito aconchegante. Não nos faltou nada, os ventiladores nos cômodos foram fundamentais para suportarmos o calor dos dias em que passamos lá. tranquilidade e sossego

lugar tranquilo e sossegado, a 80 metros da praia e mais ou menos uns 700 da lagoa azul. Agradeço ao Sr. Valter já é a segunda férias que passo em sua casa e pretendo passar outras. Recomendo para quem quer levar a familia para passear.

tranquilidade e sossego

Estivemos na casa durante cinco dias, muita tranquilidade e sossego. Casa simples,porem aconchegante e vizinhança tranquila a 80 metros da praia e a uns 700 da lagoa azul, local lindo. Agradeço ao Sr. Valter já é a segunda ferias que passo com minha familia em sua casa, e recomendo. Negociação transparente e tranquila.

UM LUGAR MARAVILHOSO

Passamos um ótimo fim de semana nessa casa que é simples porém muito aconchegante. O condomínio é muito tranquilo, ótimo pra relaxar e curtir em segurança com toda a turma. O proprietário é muito atencioso e justo, além de não fazer restrição quanto a animais domésticos. Voltaremos!

A casa é simples porém o local é Maravilhoso

Ao chegarmos recebemos a casa em perfeito estado de conservação, a casa apesar de simples possui tudo o que basicamente buscamos paz e sossego os colchoes sao novos é um condomínio super-tranquilo a praia é excelente recomendamos a casa a todos amigos e familiares, o proprietário não faz restrição a animais de pequeno porte.
