Beautiful, newly built 2.5-room apartment (56m²) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm, and comfortably furnished (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with beautiful views over the roofs of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch, and Corviglia.

The apartment is altogether south-oriented:

Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow.

Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes: kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz.

Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 miles) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
