Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 800 m, railway station "Colico" 17 km, ferry "Menaggio" 18 km, sandy beach "Serenella", pebble beach, outdoor swimming pool 650 m. Marina 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, sailing school, tennis, sports centre 350 m, children's playground 400 m.
