The villa itself consists of 270m2 lovely living space, while the magical garden covers incredible 1,700.00 m2 of green space. Only 12 km separate Villa Giselle from the first beach where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the sound of waves of the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Villa Giselle can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. One bathroom includes a shower, while three have a bathtub. Each bedroom offers an unforgettable view of the spectacular nature surrounding the villa - tall trees, olive groves and vineyards combined with the clear blue sky will make you forget the hectic everyday life. The fully equipped rustic kitchen will lead you to try local indigenous recipes. The living room is meant as a perfect location for evening entertaining by the fireplace and crackling fire. Villa Giselle is designed with a lot of love and appreciation for authentic local materials that can be found in every room of the villa.



The pool (4x8x1,4m) will take care of undisturbed recreation possibilities or will just enable enjoying a simple refreshment during hot summer days. The terrace and 8 sun loungers will allow you to enjoy and absorb the sun's rays to the maximum. As no one should be left without a good barbecue when on holiday Villa Giselle puts a great outdoor barbecue with a suitable massive wooden table at disposal. There is also a small basketball court and table tennis for all lovers of sports and outdoor entertainment. There is also a billiard table indoors.



The village Crklada is a part of municipal of Vižinada in north-western Istria. If you want to explore the Istrian sights and attractions nearby, we recommend the Učka National Park, the beautiful towns of Umag, Poreč, Rovinj, Labin, Motovun, etc. Istria abounds in historical monuments from the Roman Empire such as the Euphrasian Basilica, Savudrija Lighthouse, Arc de Triomphe, a small Roman theatre, etc. Istria also abounds in beautiful beaches and hidden waves.
