This modern and airy villa with a living space of 250 m2 consists of 4 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms with double beds. Guests of the villa also have 5 bathrooms at their disposal, two of which are equipped with a bathtub, three with a shower, alongside a separate toilet. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with enough place for all the guests (8 + 2). The cosy living room with a fireplace is perfect for an afternoon rest and relaxation both in summer and winter months. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a game room with a dart board, Karaoke machine, table tennis equipment, pool table, PlayStation 4 console and direct access to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying fantastic view.



The fully enclosed, 442 m2 large yard, features a nice swimming pool (21 m2) surrounded by sun loungers. If you prefer swimming in the sea, just go down to the beach located in front of the villa and enjoy a refreshing swim in complete privacy. There are 3 private parking spaces available for guests.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
