The villa is located in the small village of Pakoštane, in a pleasant and quiet environment, only 200 m from the sea and the nearest beach. If you already have spent your holidays on the Adriatic coast, you will know that thanks to the surroundings and the ambience in which they are located, such luxurious modern buildings exude special comfort and tranquillity. Villa Viktoria was designed to offer you this atmosphere, a combination of modern and simple pleasure.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a functional kitchen, which is completely equipped with all devices you need to prepare healthy meals and delicacies. From the living room and the kitchen you have a direct view and access to the pool as well as a cosy lounge where you can enjoy summer afternoons or pleasant evenings. If you prefer being outside all the time, the outdoor kitchen and grill offer you the opportunity for preparing meals and serving your masterpieces on a big dining table at the terrace. If you want to stay in top shape even on holiday, the fitness facilities on the terrace offer the opportunity to exercise every day. Next to the house there is a separate bedroom with bathroom, which has its own entrance and is located in the terrace area. Upstairs there are three stylish and comfortable bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms, as well as a spacious, large terrace with whirlpool and lounge - ideal for relaxing. In every room of the villa and on the terrace you have a TV on disposal. The villa is completely fenced and air conditioned. For entertainment you have PlayStation and Wii consoles, bicycles, and a children's playground.



For all questions, trip organisation or booking diner and surrounding activities, our guests have a concierge at disposal. Although she does not stay in the villa to ensure the privacy to our guests, she is anytime at disposal for all questions and needs. In case of interest there is also the possibility to organize a road trip of the surroundings, an additional cleaning service, a chef, also you can rent out a dinghy (10-11 m) on a weekly or daily basis and grocery delivery is also an option.



Pakoštane offers you numerous opportunities for fun and relaxation. The Kornati National Park and the Vransko Jezero Nature Park are nearby. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
