Villa The View, located in Istria in the town of Crni, represents real luxury for every guest looking for a perfect holiday in peace and quiet. As soon as you step into the villa, you will be convinced of the beautifully decorated interior, where modern and contemporary are combined, and the sea view from every room will take your breath away! It was built in 2023 and offers 396 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 827 m2. The nearest pebble beach Sv. Marina is 2 km away. This fully air-conditioned villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and the remaining three are on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed (200x210 and 180x200), and the remaining two rooms have two single beds each, that can be joined into a double bed (180x200). Also, all 4 rooms have ensuite bathrooms: 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Each room has its own terrace with seating where you can drink your morning coffee or read the newspaper.



On the ground floor, you will have the opportunity to prepare meals for family and friends thanks to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table, next to which there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace. The living room will be an ideal place for evening gatherings and watching favourite movie or series. It contains a sofa, armchair, coffee table, stools, romantic fireplace and TV.



The outdoor terrace will offer the best, which is a view of the Adriatic Sea while you bathe in an illuminated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.45 metres. There are 8 deckchairs on the sunbathing area next to the pool, where you can soak up the sun's rays and rest your body and soul. Of course, there is also outdoor seating and a small table on the terrace. There is also a summer kitchen, an outdoor gas grill and an outdoor dining table with 8 seats. From here you can enjoy summer evenings and enjoy an unobstructed sea view, the cities of Rijeka and Rabac, and the island of Cres.



Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the wine cellar, where they can play pool with good company. Likewise, children will be delighted by the playroom where there is a PlayStation 4, and they will also have access to Netflix and Disney Plus channels. You can play darts and billiards in the villa.



Additional content that is available during the stay consists of a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also 1 separate toilet, a feeder and a cot, which will be of great help if the youngest are coming with you on holiday.



The courtyard of Villa The View offers 4 private parking spaces and includes a charger for an electric car.



Only 8 km from the villa, on a hill, there is Labin, a medieval town full of beauty and untouched nature, where you will enjoy a wonderful view from the town's fortress on Rabac, Cres and the surroundings of Labin. Go shopping in small, elegant shops, and refresh yourself on the terrace of one of the cafes or restaurants.
