The nearest sea and beach are only 7 km away from the villa, which will please both older and younger generations, and in the evening younger generations can enjoy themselves in several nearby cafes or taste delicious traditional dishes in taverns or restaurants. Villa D-Palace offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 and an optimum of 10 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is spread over 3 floors. On each floor there is a modern kitchen, a dining room with dining table, a cozy living room and bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has a total of two single beds (90 x 200), 4 double beds (180 x 200), 3 sofa beds (180 x 200) and an extra bed measuring 90 x 200. 5 bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets are at your disposal. Additional facilities include a separate room (laundry room) for guests to use, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. The villa also has a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with children. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it there are 12 sun loungers, outdoor seating, covered outdoor dining table with charcoal or wood grill. The villa is fully fenced, offers 12 private parking spaces in the courtyard and is rented out all year round, so it will be happy to open its doors to you at any time! Children will enjoy the open garden, plenty of space for fun and socializing, plus there are bicycles, a trampoline and digital TV. Villa D-Palace also has a tavern with tables and chairs where you can taste Dalmatian dishes from the grill in cheerful company. There is also a tavern and a relaxation area with a sofa, armchair and coffee table. Zemunik is well known for its rich offer of agricultural products, natural beauties, rural tourism as well as historical monuments, churches and sacral art. The locals will welcome you with their delicious traditional specialties and natural products. Beautiful Dalmatian beaches are only 7 km away and a rich summer program, restaurants, bars and national parks are also nearby.
