Beautiful Villa Orijana is located in the picturesque place of Poljica Brig. The ideal location of the villa on a clearing away from the main road guarantees you complete privacy and the relaxed holiday you deserve. The villa offers a fantastic and undisturbed view of the beautiful nature surrounding the villa as well as the entire Zadar region.

With a living space of 400m2, the fully air conditioned Orijana Villa features 6 airy bedrooms equipped with double beds, one of which can be separated into two separate beds if needed: 7 spacious bathrooms and a separate toilet making the villa ideal for a total of 12 guests alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area and a comfortable living room.



Guests of Villa Orijana can relax and unwind in the beautiful and luxurious sauna or if they are in need of fun and recreation, there is a trim cabinet with exercise equipment and a game room where they can enjoy playing table football, pool or table tennis at their disposal.



The fully fenced, 3300m2 large plot features a beautiful pool with a heating option which makes Villa Orijana an ideal choice for holidaying during the colder months. A lovely children's playground provides entertainment for the youngest guests. The outdoor grill is great for preparing fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends. There is also an orchard and a ten-year-old olive grove where guests can enjoy a stroll, enjoying the silence and the scents of nature.



The surrounding area is perfect for cycling in nature or on the side roads, which is a great way of exploring the surrounding places such as Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town known for its rich cultural and historical treasures, taverns and fish restaurants, the lovely place named Vrsi abounding with many beautiful and pristine beaches. Furthermore, the town of Zadar, which is full of cultural and historical sites, top restaurants and bars is only 8 km away.



Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally.
