The ground floor of the villa is airy and sunny, consisting of a fully equipped stylish kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room and one of the bedrooms. The interior of the villa is elegant, minimalistic in design and functional, while at the same time exuding the warmth of a real home, which will make each guest feel as if they were spending their holiday in their own home, in another part of the world.



The spacious, 1500 m2 garden, which is completely fenced with a lovely stone wall, features a lovely swimming pool (3x8) in which you can refresh yourself at any time of day or night whilst enjoying the enchantingly beautiful bay, hidden by the shade of the trees. Spend your time outdoors and relax while preparing meals on the barbecue and enjoy the warm summer evenings with a glass of Dalmatian wine. Villa Luce also features 3 private parking spaces.



Primošten is characterized by a typical Mediterranean atmosphere, abounding in content and activities for all ages. Visit the historic sights of the town and relax on one of the many pebble- and rocky beaches of which the most famous are Velika and Mala Raduča, Popožo and Garbin. Have a taste of the rich night life and enjoy a visit to disco club Aurora, one of the most popular on the Adriatic. Visit the nearby Šibenik, Zadar and Split.
