In its impressive 400 m2 of living space, villa Nadia provides accommodation for a total of 20 guests on three floors. The villa features a total of 10 utterly beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement area, 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. The villa also houses a total of 6 luxuriously equipped bathrooms with a shower enclosure, two of which have 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 3 separate toilets.



Each floor of villa Nadia features under-floor heating, a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances where guests will surely enjoy preparing delicious delicacies for family and friends, a lovely dining area and a comfortable living room ideal for afternoon and evening relaxation. In one of the living rooms, a fold out sofa is available and can serve as an extra bed for one more guest. The luxurious interior of this lovely villa is dominated by a rich spectrum of muted, neutral, golden and milky tones, giving it a dose of warmth, character and charm. The combination of innovative lighting fixtures and decorative details creates an interesting spatial dynamic and a cozy atmosphere ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and relaxed, as in the comfort of their own home.



The 1500m2 large, fully fenced courtyard of the villa, features a spacious pool, measuring 5m x 8m. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night in the illuminated pool whilst taking in the stunning view of the surroundings, or relax on the sun loungers by the pool bathed in the warmth of the summer sun. Furthermore, the beautifully landscaped courtyard features a lovely summer kitchen with a charcoal / wood grill and an outdoor dining table where guests will surely spend many pleasant and unforgettable moments.

A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 25 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
