Villa Karlo

Villa Karlo is located on a charming island in the north of the Adriatic - Vir. Vir belongs to the islands of the Zadar archipelago and is connected to the mainland of Dalmatia. Thanks to this connection, you can enjoy mobility and discover the beauties of the Adriatic, but at the same time you can experience a typical island atmosphere.



On the ground floor of the beautiful modern villa Karlo is a modern kitchen with a dining room with 8 seats, a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms with bathroom. Bathrooms are ensuite with shower, and a washing machine and iron are also available. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160 x 200) and offer accommodation for 8 guests. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. On the first floor of the villa is a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Adriatic and the islands of the Zadar archipelago.



In the yard there is a swimming pool (4 x 8 x 1.5) around which are 6 sunbeds, and a sitting set. Here you can prepare your specialties on the outdoor gas grill. The yard and the villa are surrounded by a wall (1.2-2.2m) so you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.



If you want to go swimming on the beach, only 50 m from Villa is a beautiful sandy city beach. The indented coast of Vir is adorned with many beaches (sandy, pebble and rocky). Vir is an ideal starting point for trips to the surrounding national parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Krka Waterfalls and Plitvice Lakes. In the immediate vicinity are the old Croatian royal town of Nin, and the popular tourist destination of Zadar, whose core abounds in historical monuments.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
