The villa has 156 m2 residential area on the property of 960 m2 surrounded by lush vegetation and scents of Mediterranean herbs, ideal place that will provide you unforgettable holiday in a perfect newly built villa. Nearby are the towns Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Punat, famous for its beautiful beaches, traditionally prepared meals and top quality wines.

The villa consists of three bedrooms, each room has a double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace for lovers of cold Mediterranean nights.

Within the villa there is a swimming pool of 25 m2, richly decorated terrace and barbecue where you can enjoy with family and friends in the treasures of the Kvarner paradise.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
