Beautiful Villa Pinea, located in the heart of Dalmatia, in Petrcane, only 7 km from the historic city of Zadar, is an excellent opportunity for all those who want a luxury holiday. Only 2 m away from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the pebble beach, Villa Pinea offers everything that will be more than enough to enjoy the complete privacy in the company of your family or a group of close friends.



Built in a contemporary - modern style, Villa Pinea offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, is fully air conditioned and allows an escape from the stress of everyday life. With its 240 m2 of space, it has a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 are on the upper floor. All bedrooms include 4 ensuite bathrooms with showers.



On the ground floor of the villa you will be able to relax in a beautifully decorated living room consisting of a corner sofa, TV, coffee table and PlayStation, which will surely delight the youngest. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. In the modern and equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare the favourite dishes for your family.



What makes Villa Pinea special is the fact that it has a sea view from all rooms.



On the outdoor terrace you will find the opportunity for a pleasant day or night refreshment in a heated infinity pool of 24 m2, 1.5 m deep, next to which there are 8 deck chairs where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sea in peace and quiet. Next to the pool is a sitting set with a table where it will be pleasant to drink morning coffee.



You will also prepare classic traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor gas grill, and you will enjoy trying them by hanging out on the outdoor dining table, which has 8 seats.



In a separate room you have a washing machine, dryer and iron, and you can use a separate toilet. If by any chance you come with children, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.



Villa Pinea is fully fenced and is a great choice during any season as it opens its doors to you all year round.



The villa has 4 private parking spaces within its own yard.



Petrčane is a location with beautiful beaches near the city of Zadar, many olive groves, pine trees and vineyards. They are a favourite picnic spot and definitely offer you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Many historical remains have been found in Petrčane, so the church of Sv. Bartula from the 12th century. Today, Petrčane is a well-known tourist place that has developed agriculture and viticulture as the most important economic branch. Royal vineyards are one of the most famous locations where you can try indigenous Croatian wines. The tasting room is located above Petrčane with a view of the place and the archipelago that surrounds it.
