Villa Anastazia

The newly built luxury villa Anastazia is located in Starigrad, a small town in northern Dalmatia, just below the mountain Velebit. Only 35 metres from the sea, the villa offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Velebit canal and the crystal-clear sea.



The accommodation capacity of the villa is appropriate for eight people. Of the four luxuriously decorated bedrooms, three have a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and one room has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. All rooms are air conditioned, and the modern designed ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers are fully equipped with all necessary facilities. Two bedrooms with beautiful sunset views also have a modern freestanding bathtub in front of the bed.



The kitchen is fully equipped and categorized with 5 stars. In the spacious living room, you will find various content such as Smart Satellite TV, PlayStation and a beautiful fireplace.



Luxuriously decorated terrace offers a unique pleasure in a beautiful pool with a waterfall, and a large lawn decorated with palm trees will provide an atmosphere of oasis and peace in the pleasant summer evenings. There are eight deck chairs around the pool, and for complete enjoyment on hot afternoons, there is a sunbathing cabin in the large courtyard of the villa. The villa also has a wellness area with a bio sauna, and on the balcony of the first floor you will find a built-in jacuzzi with a waterfall.



The surroundings of Starigrad offer many opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities, from water sports such as swimming, diving, sailing to outdoor activities such as horseback riding or hiking. Nearby is the river Zrmanja where you can try rafting experience.



Paklenica National Park is only 2 km away and is the perfect escape for anyone who enjoys hiking and climbing or enjoying the beautiful nature. Fans of the film Winnetou, an Indian hero from the Wild West, can visit the eponymous museum located nearby.



Do not miss to visit the urban centre of Zadar, which is only half an hour away. All lovers of cultural and historical monuments and sights will enjoy this source of historical heritage dating back to prehistoric times. Also known as a city three thousand years old, Zadar is one of the cities with the largest number of preserved historical monuments in Croatia.



In addition to the Roman Forum, one of the largest preserved forums in Europe, Zadar has monuments from three periods of history: Illyrian, Roman and medieval. The most famous landmark is the church of St. Donat dating back to the 9th century, and numerous churches from the Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods will delight all lovers of history and culture. Near Zadar there is another small historic town, with a similar historical and cultural landmark called Nin.
