In one of the world's famous tourist centres, the magnificent city of Dubrovnik, in the far south of Dalmatia, lies the villa Mediteran. Built in 1930 and completely renovated in 2014, this gorgeous historic villa with its impressive location as well, exceptional amenities and stunning view.



With a living area of 400 m2, the luxurious villa Mediteran features 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Two bedrooms also feature an added single bed, which makes the villa ideal for 10 + 2 guests. Contributing to the luxurious feel, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure, alongside two separate toilets which are also at the guests’ disposal. The spacious ground floor of the villa consists of a charming kitchen equipped with top-notch modern-day appliances as well as everything you might need during your stay and a comfortable dining area. However, for a complete experience of what the villa has to offer, our suggestion is to enjoy your meals on the open terrace overlooking the city and the sparkling sea. The ground floor of the villa Mediteran also features a 50m2 spacious lounge area where guests have the opportunity to relax on two large sofas, have coffee at massive round table, enjoy reading books from the lounge library or listen to music. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor whilst the remaining bedrooms with bathrooms are situated on the upper floor. The eclectically decorated and distinctly unique interior of the villa Mediteran exudes tradition and is a real treat for lovers of everything antique and vintage. In addition to numerous eye-catching details, the villa also features an indoor sauna where guests can relax at any time of day, as well as a whirlpool located on the open terrace.



The 650 m2 large courtyard of the Villa Mediteran completely enclosed by a 3m high fence and provides 6 private parking spaces. Per request, it is possible to hire a private chef to prepare delicious meals for guests.
