Villa Stella Maris is ideally located beneath a beautiful viewpoint, on a second highest hill of the island Šipan and therefore provides complete privacy, peace and relaxation far from city noise and everyday life.



The island is directly connected by ferry to Dubrovnik and the ferry port is only 800 m away from the villa. In order to make your arrival to the villa Stella Maris as pleasant as possible, for an added cost, the offer of the villa includes a transfer service from the Dubrovnik airport to the villa in the duration of 1 hour.



The villa was built in traditional Dalmatian style, in a place where the old olive mill used to be.



The villa offers unique holiday experience as it is placed on 10500 m2 plot surrounded by nature, including the 6000 m2 large field of olive trees, the garden with domestic seasonal fruits and vegetables and amazing green surface covering the entire field.



You can spend time playing basketball or football on the private playground by the villa, swim in the large pool or prepare food on the outdoor grill with your family and friends.



The interior of the villa is 400 m2 large and consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each floor has a separate living room and private terrace with amazing view over the entire outdoor area and surrounding nature. The ground floor also consists of completely equipped kitchen with a large dining area which can comfortably accommodate all of the guests.



The entire property is fenced and surrounded by a beautiful stone wall.
