Our 1-bed/1-bath condo is perfect for a couple, and is located in Kamaole Beach Royale Resort. Located on the 6th floor, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Maui mountains and Hawaiian islands.

You will be just steps away from one of the best beaches on Maui and will be in short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from the lanai (patio) as well as from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ocean views include the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanaii - and the beautiful West Maui Mountains. Enjoy whale watching (in season) right from your lanai! The bedroom has a view of Mount Haleakala.

The unit was completely remodeled in 2012. The kitchen includes wood cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances. The bathroom features granite countertop, travertine shower, and two shower heads: Rainshower, and hand-held sprayer.

The condo comes fully equipped, and includes free wired and wireless high-speed (70meg) internet service. (This is NOT 'hotel service' internet with separate login screen every time you go online.) Our unit also features keyless entry, so no more worrying about keys! Hotel-style in-room safe.

* Especially for those summer months, we have air conditioning that puts cool air directly into the bedroom, in addition to the living areas. (That makes us special on Maui since many condo's only have a window air conditioner in the living room.) Now you can enjoy the balmy island breeze during the day, and sleep comfortably at night!

NO PETS. All units are rented as Transient Accomodations and not for residency

We had an amazing 12 night stay in Kihei. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed. Sunsets from the lanai and rooftop were fantastic. We will definitely look to book here again.

Amazing views
This property was perfect for iur anniversary trip. The lanai was amazing to just sit on and take in the view while listening to the birds. We enjoyed our coffee every morning out there and every evening taking in the sunset. The book with local places was amazing. The walkability is amazing from the location as well. We did so much on foot. There are bars, restaurants & a relaxing beach within walking distance. Only suggestion I do leave is nake sure to bring shampoo & conditioner as this location does not stock that.

Beautiful views/great location
From the very beginning show owner, Anita, was great at responding to any questions or needs that we had. The condo is directly across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of some stores and restaurants . It is beautifully decorated and the has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The binder that she has prepared for guests is amazing, so many suggestions for dining, activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut. Das Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und dunkel direkt neben dem Aufzug. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Kochutensilien vorhanden.

Great location and beautiful view!
First timers to Maui and our choice of place to stay was absolutely excellent. Great location, beautiful view and Anita was fantastic to deal with. We had zero issues during our stay and would recommend to anyone. Only a gentle nudge to perhaps update the couch and chair as they have seen a good life, but this did not impact our stay in the least. We heard roaches were an issue in other places and saw not one. Very very clean and bug free. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place. We will be back! 🙂

Well appointed Kihei apartment
The views from the 6th floor alone are worth it! 1 week stay in February whale season. Very clean & updated apt. As listed. Extra beach towels . 2 Tommy bahama chairs & umbrella . Coffee maker, hairdryer toaster on site , Across from Kamoale I , because theres no large public lot beach tends to be less crowded. All local shops within walking , or a short drive . Despite being near the main road we found it to be relatively quiet all hours . Parking , while not guaranteed we found on site 6 of 7 nights . Did not use the pool, its located ground floor out front . Roof grill deck available , we preferred our lanai for the privacy . Very comfortable king bed , nice linens and extra pillows blankets etc. great great stay and will return . Mahalo

I can not say enough good things about our stay at Anita and Jim's place. Everything was perfect. Even better than the amazing pictures when you see the views in person. Very easy communication with Anita and she has a great local info book that we used a lot. The unit is very well set up, it has everything you need and the dual a/c units work great if needed. a very pleasant time
We stayed in condo for 6 nights and found it ideal for all our activities. One very nice Beach is just over the road. We snorkeled around the rocks at the side of the beach and saw five green turtels first go. The beach is safe and also great for swimming. Shops of all kind are in walking distance. In the appartment everything one could think of is there and it is all well described in a manual and also in the cupboards. The bedroom goes to the backside outside corridor, where the elevator is but it did not bother us noise wise, we slept very well. We spent many evenings on the balcony, perfect for watching the sunset and would like to thank Angela for such a well organised condo. We want to come back.

Perfect home away
The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We especially loved the fact that you could easily prepare meals as the kitchen was very well stocked in terms of the extras, like good knives, hand citrus juicer and other utensils, as well as a great supply of spices, seasonings and other necessities. The sunset views were gorgeous! The location was so very convenient. Our host was great at communicating and provided lots of information about surrounding area and activities! Would stay again when in Maui!

Highly Recommend!
We had a wonderful time here. The hosts are so thoughtful and have given great care and attention to details that make a stay perfect. Big comfortable bed, really nice shower, a kitchen that lets you look out at the ocean as you brew your morning coffee and prep breakfast! So many little stores and fantastic restaurants nearby. It felt like home away from home (but so much nicer!), The first night we arrived we saw the moon set over the Pacific. Beautiful balcony view, so peaceful and gorgeous. We can't thank the hosts enough for offering such a perfect space in what I think is the best little area in Maui!

Lovely, well equipped condo, ocean view on the 6th floor of a clean building with elevator. Watch surfers from the lanai! Convenient parking, steps to beach, dining options close by, also close to whale watching and snorkeling launches. Owners are easy to reach and very communicative if any concerns. They also provide a great list of options for food and fun in the area!

Clean, Convenient, Fully Stocked and a Great View from the Lanai
Anita and Jim are great and so is their condo--updated and includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, great AC, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, ice packs, and a well-stocked kitchen. Anita emailed an overview of Maui attractions, which provided some welcome perspective since so many visitors seem locked on the "Maui Revealed" book's suggestions. The condo has an info-binder which provides everything you need to know so if you have any issues, go there first and then text Anita if you are still stuck. Parking spots are tight, but there was always one available. The rooftop BBQ is nice, but we got take out (from Coconuts, Paia Fish Mkt and others) and ate on the lanai because the view is really great and it feels pretty private up on the 6th floor. We would definitely stay here again.
