The villa also has 4 bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower cubicles, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. The spacious ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa has a first-class, minimalist kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a cosy living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a laundry room. The interior of Villa Terrazza exudes timeless elegance and simply invites you to spend quality time with your family. The villa's fully fenced, 650 m² courtyard has a spacious, heated waterfall pool (40 m²), where you can enjoy a refreshing dip at any time of day or night. Spend pleasant summer evenings outdoors, prepare meals for family and friends on the barbecue, relax in the hot tub with a good glass of Dalmatian wine or play a game of table tennis ... it's entirely up to you. There is a tourist tax of per person per day, payable locally on arrival.
