Wunderbar!

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt ein Stück zurückversetzt von der Straße und daher sehr schön ruhig. Es liegt dennoch sehr zentral: Der nächste Supermarkt ist z. B. nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Die Wohnung ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben sie sauber vorgefunden und uns sehr wohlgefühlt!Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima. Auch als wir bei der Ankunft ein Problem in der Wohnung festgestellt haben, wurde dieses umgehend behoben. Sehr angenehm! Für Reisende im Herbst / Winter: 1.Der Weg von der Straße zum Haus ist nicht beleuchtet – unbedingt eine Taschenlampe mitbringen – das Handylicht hat uns nicht ausgereicht. 2.Die Wohnung wird schön warm!Für Reisende mit einem Hund: 1.Das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt.2.Das Haus liegt sehr nah an dem westlichen Hundestrand !Wir haben schon für den nächsten Jahreswechsel gebucht .

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Appartment ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie mit Hund großzügig geschnitten. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht und braucht. Wachmaschinennutzung inbegriffen. Das Appartment hat eine unkomplizierte, aber einladende Einrichtung, mit wunderbar großen Kleiderschränken. Die Lage ist top: Ruhig, sehr zentral zum Strand (Hundestrand und Familienstrand) und zum Ort. Ein Supermarkt liegt etwas versetzt direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit Hund auf Langeoog verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt genial. Zum Hundestrand und ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Und ein Supermarkt liegt direkt ums Eck. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Eine große helle Wohnung. Es war sehr sehr ruhig. Es gab aber kleine Einschränkungen. Das Bad ist leider überhaupt nicht altersgerecht. Ein sehr hoher Absatz zum WC und Dusche, habe meiner 85 Jährigen Mutter das Leben sehr schwer gemacht. Duschen war leider aus Sicherheitsgründen unmöglich. Schade war auch, das trotz der sehr hohen Reinigungskosten, gerade mal eine Toilettenrolle und nicht ein einziger Taps für den Schirrspüler zur Verfügung stand. Ich denke, hier wäre für Wochenendgäste etwas mehr drin. Ansonsten war alles super.

Vom der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden und es war liebevoll eingerichtet. Selbst kinderspielzeug und Bücher waren vorhanden. Wir sind wirklich zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Ein paar kleine Mankos gab es: Der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht und die Besen waren nicht mehr im besten Zustand, was für eine abendliche sandige Wohnung sorgte. Des Weiteren war nur der Wlan der Oberwohnung verfügbar, aber recht gut nuzbar
